The games came in absolute perfect conditions. There were delays in shipping but they did mention that beforehand. Plus very cheap shipping couldn't complain about that. They are amazing really.

Only responds to emails when refund is threatened, item has been in "processing" for more than 10 days

I spent a large amount on a limited edition game which arrived incomplete. No where did it state the item was incomplete if it did I never would have bought it.

Game arrived scratched and from the UK! Super slow post, untracked as they pretend to serve Australia. Avoid and stick to the local online sellers.
