I am writing regarding the unfair blocking of my Fun88 account after a big win. I am from India and I use Fun88 daily, both on mobile and laptop. My Fun88 username is “Deepak878”. On 08-04-2026, shortly after I won a large amount, my account was suddenly permanently suspended. When I was facing huge losses earlier, there was never any suspension or restriction, but as soon as I had a big win, my account was blocked.
I contacted Fun88 customer support and was simply informed that my account had been permanently suspended, without any clear reason or explanation. This situation makes me feel that I am being treated unfairly, especially considering that I have been a regular user and have made successful withdrawals many times in the past without any problem.
In my Fun88 account there is Rs 75,000 which I cannot access due to this suspension. I kindly request that my balance of Rs 75,000 be paid to me and that a proper explanation be given regarding the reason for permanently suspending my account immediately after my big win.

Muy mala experiencia.todo venía bien retiros rápidos y todo.hasta que un día deposite 10.000 mil pesos y gane un total de 100.000 mil pesos los cuales quise retirar y me sale con que podía retirar solo 20.000 mil pesos ya que me habían dado un bono de 500 pesos y por eso solo tenía derecho a 20.000 mil pesos nada más.y los otros 80.000 se quedaron ellos así nada más.sin darme ninguna solución.
