Furlenco is a criminal organization
Now, weeks after I FINALLY got Furlenco to come collect their furniture, they are peppering me with messages that they will be charging me rental extension fees on the furniture they sent their own people to collect! Furlenco is a criminal, scam organization. Do not hire for any reason!

I have taken a Furlenco UNLMTD subscription towards the end of September, 2023. After two uninformed delivery that they attempted and I cancelled, and lots of attempts to reach customer care and getting no help at all, the furniture arrived.
Two days after which, we swapped out a bunch of items as the subscription allows us to. During the time of delivery for the swapped furniture, their delivery executives asked us for 1500 rupees to carry it into the house. We refused to pay so they took away the furniture. A second delivery was attempted. All our furniture was delivered after innumerable and useless calls to the customer care.
Two weeks into living with Furlenco's furniture, we start noticing bugs in the night. Eventually we realized the bed cots have bed bugs in them. Now my entire house in infested with bed bugs that feed on blood and multiply at a high rate. Replacing the cots are of no help as they've spread everywhere and their customer care is still of no help at all. They need to come and sanitize my house and make sure the bugs are dead. It has been a nightmare of an experience with furlenco and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.
My son received a faulty wardrobe fromâŠ
My son received a faulty wardrobe from the company which he had rented under the unlimited scheme. Itâs been 40 days and they have not replaced it. Now they are saying itâs out of stock and another model cannot be given because of a technical delay on our part . We must have made like a 100 calls to customer care but to no avail. The full payment has been made in advance so they are not bothered. What can one do. Such an unprofessional attitude.
Very bad company and people
Very bad company and people. And their products are a joke. They show a very high-quality product on the website - once you order, then the list of problems start - first they don't deliver on time, when you call them then they realize that there is an order to be delivered, and then they'll call you back saying there is no stock, and then they'll sell you some other bed. What choice do you have! You take it. So you place another order and then the above repeats in a while loop. Just don't do the mistake of going with them.

Disastrous experience. I rented a washing machine. It didn't work. I complained. It took 10 days with a promise to replace the machine. But today when delivery was scheduled I received a message with the agent name and no. Called him he said there is no such delivery. Called customer care twice no resolution. All I want is for them to take this machine back and refund my money. But they say no we will take the machine but no refund. This is a fraud and thief company. Do not rent from them ever

I was initially worried to rent from them after reading lot of bad reviews . I went ahead anyway and I am very very impressed with their prompt and very professional service. Very smoothly done and even though their app is a work in progress, they very politely and patiently guide you solve any issues. Iâve had unlmtd subscription for over a year and recently renewed is for another. The furniture is super classy and of great quality. Donât think twice , go for it!

Horrible horrible experience. The delivery was late, faulty and there is still no solution from the company for more than a month when payment has been made in advance. It is so frustrating to keep calling them. Spare yourself the pain of doing business with them. I wish it was possible to give a negative review, they do not even deserve a single star.
Better to set your money on fire then using Furlenco
Itâs a cheater company with pathetic service, their only focus is taking your money and once you have given the money to them the will simply start ignoring you. They wonât deliver on time, Any kind of service request will take at least 1-2 months to get resolved that too if you are fortunat enough to be in the 1% whose problem they choose to service else you can simply say goodbye to your money.

Very much bad experience. Plz donât go with Furlenco. Iâm very much suffering from them. Out of 9 products they have given me only 7 products. Iâm calling them since 30 days they are not responding. They always gives some or other excuses. Iâm literally fed off from them. They have also taken the whole payment. Even the fridge I received couldnât work more than 20 days. Iâm daily calling them and also giving them the mail. But every time they say please give us some more time.

Pathetic service. Had taken Chester king storage bed on rent from unlimited.bed is of very poor quality. It has been 3 months since the hydraulic of the bed has malfunctioned and the bed has neither been repaired nor replaced. The team has no customer call back number. They give a single call and in case God forbid if you are talking to somebody at that time you will get a single line email saying we called but you didn't pick up. The number from which the call is made obviously can't be called back. Take the membership at your own risk as you may end up with faulty stuff which will not be replaced or repaired and you will keep paying the rent for it.

Company that threatens to kill and rape your family. They somehow found out the name of my sister and her workplace and they have been calling me from International numbers with horrible abusive men who threaten that they know exactly when my sister leaves work. They threatened raping and killing if the email link is not used to pay immediately (Only Furlenco employees would know about the link being sent on that day). The women employees are no different, and they are completely aware that the number is not from india. When i called their customer service this first question was which country number did they call from? Which means they knew exactly that the calls originate from another country number. They are all in this fraud together and someone should sue this company so that the directors go to prison for a hundred years for these horrible threats. I have call recordings with the details and they keep replying that they couldnt hear the word furlenco in the calls. The call was regarding a link sent for payment which was done by them and therefore it is clearly them. I will wait for a lawyer who is capable to directly file a FIR against the directors and investors.
By far the worst customer serviceâŠ
By far the worst customer service experience of my life. The products were good, however the return of the products became a hassle, something, I have never experienced before in my life! To top it all their recovery agent made calls demanding payments I wasnât even aware were due. The agent was rude and made me feel I had committed a crime. While I did make the payment that was due, I still donât understand why I made the payment but reading their other reviews I fear that I might get a call again after a month asking for some due payment. I have spoken to a customer agent and taken from them in writing that all my accounts are fully settled and I will not receive any calls or emails from Furlenco regarding any payments. This experience has caused me a tremendous amount of stress and has also made me feel insulted. I am still worried that I may get another call in a month asking for another set of payment I am not aware of. I hope good sense prevails in Furlenco, they take a stalk of the conditions in their company and make necessary amends.
