David and Herve delivered our sofas at our service and did an exceptional job,they are friendly ,chatting to us as they are part of the team..
They even volunteered to help us take our old sofa out ...

We have been carrying out an extensive refurbishment of a care home, and have worked closely with the team at Furncare, from ordering, through to furnishing the home. The team have been excellent. Their communication has been very good at all stages of the project. When they have been in the care home, they have been very efficient and hard working, and have done everything possible to make the process as easy as possible. In particular, Jayson, Sean and Kristoff have been invaluable with the help and support provided. All have gone above and beyond and have ensured that the very best service has been provided to us.

Kristof was extremely helpful polite and professional he could not do enough to make sure everything was how they wanted a real credit to the company

The chair is comfortable

We received a large delivery of sofas, chairs and side tables at Highfield Hall Care Home. Bogusz, the delivery man was extremely helpful, setting up and moving around the furniture. He removed all the packedging once the items had been unpacked.

We had some furniture delivered by Lucas. He was very efficient and professional. He removed the old furniture and delivered and built the new quickly.

Furncare have been amazing. The curtains they have supplied are of the highest quality. Our company has also had furniture in the shape of wardrobes, chest of drawers and lounge chairs. The chairs were bespoke ordered and are perfect for our requirements and the bedroom furniture is of such a high quality with soft closing doors and drawers and they are sturdy and attractive. The advice we have received regarding orders is top notch, nothing is ever too much trouble. On one occasion there was an error made regarding the measurements of curtains and we were under a time restraint. I contacted the company and within 48 hours the replacement curtain had been made and was delivered. The follow up service is also very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Furncare.

Fantastic delivery and efficiency from Jasson within a busy care home setting. The quality of the service and furniture delivered is brilliant. We have had very positive feedback from the look and style of the nursing beds and furniture to match which makes our care home look homely and inviting.
