Furncare always deliver outstanding customer service. Jayson and Paul unpacked, installed and arranged everything perfectly. Their friendly working attitude is a credit to the company.

Jason and Paul were simply the best. Their attention to detail was second to none and their workmanship was truly exceptional. Every part of the job was completed with care, precision and genuine pride in their craft. Their professionalism made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Sean delivered our Furncare chairs on time and kindly unpacked them all and helped unload into our care home. He was friendly, accommodating and worked speedily to get the job done with a smile on his face!!

The quality of the furniture excellent, delivery times are fast. The products were unpacked, assembled in the rooms of our choosing in a professional and timely manner, with the packaging removed too.

A very young lad called Eryk came today, he delivered two beds, two mattresses, and two masive armchairs all by himself. He was very friendly and helpful. A big clap to a star worker like Eryk! He deseeve a pay rise and another colleague to help! Eryk is doing a two man job! Look after him!

Delivery was made before I confirmed it could be. I was told the furniture would be built onsite but it wasn’t rather the delivery was made at 07.00hrs to the incorrect address . It then took 4 working days to sort out.

When the delivery driver came back he was most helpful & polite . Thank goodness something went right .
