Sean went over and above. Assembling the table for my mother, removing and disposing of all packaging, and placing the items in the desired area. Chatty and friendly. Top bloke.

Jason has been a great project lead and gave a great service on site, also a big thanks to Paul along side over a big few days of deliveries.

I bought a bed from Grosvner and it has been great.
One motor broke so only half the bed did what I wanted. The service o had from Grosvner was excellent and they contacted Furn Care who came out and inspected. Within a week the new motor arrived and today Michael fitted the new motor and the bad is up and running perfectly. Can’t wait to get in it tonight.

We had the pleasure of receiving our delivery today at Hoyland Hall Care Home in Barnsley from Ian at Furncare, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Ian was the epitome of professionalism - polite, efficient, and incredibly attentive.

What really stood out was his kindness and consideration for our residents, who were coming in and out during the delivery. He showed genuine patience and care, taking the time to ensure he wasn’t disrupting their day in any way. It’s rare to meet someone who balances professionalism with such warmth and empathy.
