Craig Rumley hosted my Level 3 PT Programming & Coaching Practical Assessment and he made this a really insightful session for me as to where I could take my this qualification I had just earnt on in future. We literally spent 15 mins or so after the assessment discussing this, and I've already got a mental framework as to where I can see myself because of his invaluable insight. It once again goes to show Future Fit's quality of teaching as they seem to have some of very best fitness professionals in their stable. It's hard to recommend an assessment session in itself, but if you've got Craig - you've truly got an exceptional individual ensuring you're truly ready for the bigger fitness professional world!

Circuit training workshop with Ben Finning was great really enjoyed the class and gained a lot in terms of knowledge and understandings. The course was varied and informative.
Would have given 5 stars however the venue for the size of class would have benefited of being larger that said good facilities.
