Excellent service form engineers who go the extra mile. Fitted Aircon and left no mess. Gave excellent advice about another matter for my elderly Aunts property in Kent. Saved her thousands and stopped her being ripped off.

Boiler and gas cooker service of my rental property. Tenant reports they were fantastic, fix issues on site, tidied up well, would definitely recommend!

The boiler needed some parts replacing which the engineer diagnosed, ordered the parts for me and fitted. Turned up promptly and was very pleasant and efficient. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Gair had already given me excellent service for the rewiring of my flat and they have since returned twice to add power points. On every occasion they turned up as arranged and carried out the work very efficiently. All the staff - office and engineers, were always polite, kind, considerate and really helpful. Serviced as planned. Notification of engineers arrival close to actual arrival. First time used though past engineer from "merged" company did the service. As with all these companies they want to sell you a "plan"; considering.

When we phoned the Gair company as our heating was not working the response was extremely good.The lady on the phone was so polite and very helpful.The gas fitter came out that very afternoon and repaired the problem.Also very helpful telling us about the best thing to do to help save call out charges.Great company and have always dealt with this company as very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Electrical issue quickly identified. Temporary fix whilst parts ordered over Xmas period. All resolved. Very satisfied.

Engineer arrived within the time slot having prior phoned advising of his ETA.

I had a leak in my bathroom which I noticed on the kitchen ceiling at 6.45 pm,30th December I turned off water and called emergency Gair gas and they were there 8am nx morning and sorted my problem,thanks Sam for great service and been so polite

Our 19 year old boiler packed up beyond reasonable repair Tuesday morning by 4 pm Wednesday we had a lovely new boiler up and running. The level and speed of service by Gair Gas is second to none.l would highly recommend them

After years of rising prices and increasingly poor service from British Gas I decided a couple of years ago to switch my boiler and central heating cover to Gair Gas. I'm so glad I did!

Their service is excellent (and costs considerably less than I was paying British Gas). When I need to call them I get straight through to speak to someone (no frustrating IVR to work through) and they are always helpful and polite. Their engineers likewise are punctual, courteous, skilled and thorough.

When I took out my contract I added plumbing cover too, and that has proved to be an excellent addition. I recently called on a Saturday afternoon, having been waiting over 24 hours for my home insurance company to send someone to fix a water leak. The Gair Gas engineer arrived and fixed the leak in less than an hour from my first call.

The engineer arrived on the day & the time planned tocomplete the work. There was a problem with the boiler so the engineer arranged for it be repaired under warranty by the manufacturer. I didn’t have to anything he arranged it all. The manufacture’s engineer arrived as planned & all completed at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the service.

The job was to rewire the cables in our meter cabinet.
Did a good job, in the rain, in the dark, made it all work. Very pleased.

Gair Home Services provide an excellent five-star service supporting the local community. They are an outstanding, no-nonsense company.
I am not a great fan of large national firms, as they often fail to respond when needed. I experienced this myself when a major leak was destroying my home, and they did not consider it an emergency.
With regards to our recent work, we were visited by Harry, an exceptionally polite and professional young man who was clearly efficient and knew his job well.
Overall, five stars (I wish I could give six!). You remain our first choice for all home services.

Promt, knowledgeable, polite, and reasonably priced. Can't really ask for more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
