Totally awesome

Very good service

Sad to see game on its last leg but I do enjoy going there to get my funko pops they sell loads off cool ones and buyed loads in the past plus even got a £5 pound pop from the Chatham shop that made my day

If u was think about getting video games from there shop wouldn't recommend but if u want a funko then I would say take a look and u may be Surprised what they got on offer for u

Speedy, knowledgeable staff

Friendly helpful staff, good selection of stock.
It would be better if there were more Masterverse & Origins ranges of Masters of the Universe toys in store though as i collect these mainly.

Got gift cards. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The always help me. 90% of the time I have to describe what I want as I never know, it always what my daughters want.

Needed some ideas for Xmas wasn’t disappointed bought several items great prices good friendly advice.

We bought a PS5 with insurance. Excellent service and everything we needed to know was explained by the very helpful staff.

I took back a pre-owned controller that had an issue. They tested it and told me it’s fine. This wasn’t a comprehensive test. Basically they said “no”.
I was only looking for a straight exchange, had no reason to make a special journey incurring all the costs if I was making up the issue.
I was made to feel I was lying, and they said to go home and maybe make a video of the fault to show them. A lot of hassle for something that should be easy. Only after pointing out I had nothing to gain from a swap, and that if they thought the old one was fine they could just resell it did they agree to change it. I pointed out whoever bought the old one would end up returning it but this didn’t seem to bother them.
It certainly won’t encourage me to support the stores over online as customer service is their only real usp and if that’s bad I’ll just stay home in future.

Staff in Chatham GAME were friendly and helpful.

To much junk (toys n such). I’m used to being able to go to game and find all my console and computer needs now 3/4 of the store is toys and rubbish that I have no interest in, I’m an adult I don’t need a new toys r us.

Quick, helpful as always at the Chatham store.
