the staff exspecially Steve he needs a pay rise

Helpful staff and quick service.

Didn't have the console I was looking for, and it took 20 mins to get the attention of the employee as they seemed to have other jobs at the same time.. Atrocious service, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Cashier was nice and friendly Helped me sign up for the rewards programme and was overall very helpful.

The staff at game are so nice and friendly. They really go out of your way to make sure you have everything you need and want.

The man who served me was very helpful informative about the game I was purchasing for my son. Sports direct Derry City

I was given a delivery date and then on the day I received an email from them at lunch time to say they couldn’t deliver that day. They delivered the next day but had cancelled plans for the original delivery and they waited so late in the day to inform me of problem.

I won’t use their website again.

Everything was quick and easy and the Customer Service was great.

Found the employee, who I believe is the manager(tall fella) to persistent to promote, extras. As a sales my myself I understand the importance of this but after a customer states multiple times that there fine with what they have he continued to push. Very off putting service. I would like to note that I've also had great experiences with other staff in this store, especially the guy who normally works the game centre.
