Shame to see local store close. Thanks to selling over expensive tat. You were meant to be a video game shop with trade ins and a good selection. Such a shame it's gone to pot. Don't blame downloads they actually cost more than physical.

I always enjoy my time in GAME however brief, the staff are always happy, chatty and helpful with whatever I need.

Tbh I’m a lil disappointed that game Doncaster and the game website have the physical PlayStation 4 disc version game down as Train sim world 4 Deluxe when it really isn’t the Deluxe version and i know that because the Flying scotsman train isn’t on the physical game version it’s self so game Doncaster and the makers of train sim world have all misled me but i enjoyed the game it’s self with the LNER train available, so yeah the game is call Train sim world 4 which is a downgrade from the deluxe version ohhh well gutted, luckily my younger brother has the Xbox online version with the flying Scotsman so I’ll get to have a go of his at some point, I’ve also uploaded a photo of the game website to prove everything I’ve mentioned.

Bought some airpods from here. Case will not close. Charger cable does not fit. No switch on case to connect them to phone. Not impressed with how much I paid for these. Angry is a understatement of how I feel about this

We were approached by a member of staff who was very helpful and asked what we were looking for, they didn't think it was in stock, but went and checked, unfortunately it wasn't in stock at this time, but we did find another game we wanted.

Customer service was fine, main issue was putting stickers on the discs. When playing a game on ps5 it nearly damaged the disc drive. Not all stickers come off the disc without leaving some of it behind, they need to think of another way to catalogue their game discs.
