I had order confirmation for the gift voucher I purchased, but no final confirmation of e-delivery to confirm it had reached the recipient. The recipient received it in good time, but it’s clear your systems are clunky. Real-time updates should be provided for the purchaser. Do better.

Advertised a bundle product, and only sent one part of the bundle

Clowns, just absolute clowns in customer services, fulfilment and generally both GAME and Frasier. No one knows what they're doing and fail at promises on what you will receive and what is written in product descriptions. No wonder all the in person stores closed.

Ordered 2x Magic: The Gathering: The Hobbit Scene Box. They came in with the box completely destroyed, while nothing contents inside was not damage, I would expect the product arrived in a decent state. Very disappointed.

Ordered monday its saturday now still nothing got sent out evri still expecting parcel from game paid extra for next day delivery aswell

Quick and efficient service

Yet again paid for next day delivery with Evri(timetheyarelate) and 2 days later and it still isn't out for delivery.

Took 30+ mins to sort the order (VERY COMPLICATED) but eventually got there!

It is a joke I have been hacked and you don't reply and you want a review. i'd give it zero stars but it won't allow it.

Absolutely terrible delivery service, again ! This is the second time I’ve placed an order and have had the items turn up damaged. I will not be using Game / Sports direct again, and I advise anyone who want TCG cards to arrive in good condition, do not use them either !

They refuse to offer a refund on damaged items, and we’re not accommodating at all.

I never shop here before i just ordered first time ssd because it was cheap and i needed it tomorrow asap. But obviously its GAME STORE they cant do the most basic things they ship me a Nintendo switch charger tho i ordered a origin inception SSD. I checked multiple times i ordered an ssd i got a switch charger that means its 100% their fault. Now i wouldnt leave a review normally but i have to because now i want to resolve the issue i cant even walk into the physical store to fix is as soon as possible then now i cant even call a store to help contact them as they don't pick up.
Ive emailed them and used customer services its been 2 days no reply absolute disgrace, never wanted to and never will shop here again this is got to be the worst store ever u cant even get the order right to begin with i promise i ordered correctly i ordered origin inception ssd and got Nintendo switch charger it shows on my emails orders and the packaging shows my name with the exact GAME sticker on it and i got time of email on my inbox received at the exact time i collected the game parcel.
i open it and inside is a Nintendo switch charger.

No more proof is needed they got the order wrong and are retarded never with any other company in this planet.

Bought two hobbit gift bundles, packets looked tampered with

This was horrible, the package arrived and it so badly damaged it’s actually sunk my heart and lost my trust is Game why was it packaged in nothing but a plastic bag and not properly protected, it was so badly damaged I can’t even keep any of the boxes as I like the art work and all of the packs were already out of the boxes due to how much damage and I pray the cards aren’t damaged or torn from how poorly they’ve gotten to me

I give it a 2 but game has always been here since I was a child. I remember game station versus game James station was for the midnight launch and then join was in a hard-core game but then became it and I would give it five but now a lot of people are saying games go I see their points but I don’t believe in that you need a retro section and get a good collection but always thinking people who are doing it might
be collecting or
Selling but getting people is the big thing doing cheap again week and days Sunday different Friday different Saturday different retro collections you can look at them up and see what they’ve were but you’ll be there to make not a lot on them but getting people in

Web store ordering experience was easy, & items shipped within a few days + shipping cost is reasonable. However sending games internationally to the other side of the world in bag with a bit of bubble wrap around them was not enough protection, both arrived with covers smashed up and unfortunately too expensive to ship back to the UK for an exchange.
I will return as a customer if Game can guarantee international shipping in a box.

I ordered a game with one-day delivery—paying £10 for it—but the delivery never happened; there was zero contact, nothing. It’s a terrible company; you're better off buying from Amazon, since the prices are the same but the delivery is fast and always on time.
