Had to get a replacement ps5 controller due to stick drift. Had the warranty so very quick and easy. Person at the desk was very pleasant and well mannered

Service I received on Saturday was brilliant especially as I had a very difficult 3 year old with me. The retail assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful even when I arrived shortly before closing time on a Saturday afternoon. Would recommend and will definitely be back.
