I bought a mouse that only worked for a week. When I took it back there was a long discussion and they insisted on checking it on there computer to show surprise it didn't work. I also don't like the policy of not giving refunds.

Recently went into the Game in Sports…

Recently went into the Game in Sports Direct Middlesbrough for a PS5 and had some wonderful customer service. There were 2 staff members in and both of them were lovely, easy to talk to, knowledgable and super helpful when it came to making a decision that worked for me.
