The staff were helpful and informative, but GAME has stopped accepting trade in's for old games (where your new game would be discounted) This is a disappointing change in GAME's policy.

Knowledgeable staff. Helped me choose what I wanted. If an item I wanted was out of stock they told me if and when it would be back in stock

The product had damaged cards and now have to liaise with manufacturers to resolve issue which will take 3-6 months I bought a really premium product that has failed to deliver and Game was unable to do anything about it

Really good customer service, the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant this is at the St George's shopping centre store in Preston Lancashire

My son wanted a game and he couldn’t find it so he asked the assistant to help him find it on the system but it had been disconnected so he went off looking for something else, he couldn’t see it but then the lady come over to help him she was so lovely and helpful, with my son having ADHD he found it difficult to ask the first time for help so I prompted him to ask. After she helped him he felt relaxed and at ease.

The people who served me are always great.
