I went to store to buy a PSN Voucher as a gift and was told after I'd had to sign a "no refunds" agreements that I wasn't allowed to take the voucher itself - just a poorly printed receipt with the voucher code on. Disappointing policy & another reason for your physical stores to not exist.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I would not recommend joining the elite club card. I was told I would get my points back from my Xbox series X purchase as I spent over £600. I didn't receive anything and the customer service wasn't helpful whatsoever. I think it's a big con and will not be buying anything else from game.

Received 1% back in reward points and didn't get any elite benefits.

Paid for another preorder, immortals of aveum, I'm an elite member, paid £36 for the whole year for the elite membership , and I continue to get cheated out of my elite points. I earned 1% back in reward points and I'm not getting the service I paid for. I'm not to going to continue doing business with this company. Once all my preorders are paid off.
It's cheaper to buy my games elsewhere. I can get 10% back in points by shopping elsewhere and I don't have to pay extra to receive the service.
You're going to lose a valuable customer unless you fix the issue and refund my elite points.

Do something about it before it's too late.
