Arrived on time and was told when was arrived and could track it and arrived on the day it was said to be released worldwide

Absolutely terrible service!! Left waiting to be told the "one" member of staff were on lunch and went 5 minutes ago I rather wait as their entitled to a lunch break or go home!! Just tonthen be told click and collect isn't in their shop to be sent somewhere different for the barcode not to work!!!!!! Will never shop there again!!!!!!!

My parcel delivery of a special edition game was segmented with no explanation outside of a generic email and the courier service - while not necessarily GAME's issue ' was atrocious as evri never deliver items properly (if they bother) and have waited to receive an item I should've gotten from day one. This is unacceptable.

My experience was great because the staff are lovely they help me get the right stuff that I was looking for and I appreciate the staff helping me

I had booked a party for my son, the staff then phoned me an hour before it started to tell me they had booked two parties, so I would have too cancel. Not happy at all.

The guy who works in the Wolverhampton game branch deserves a medal for the fact one he was very helpful B he was very supportive when I had to swap my ps5 for a new one due to damage to the disc drive (not my fault) and 3 the fact he runs the store by himself and still took his time to help me.
