Fantastic customer service, 100% recommend purchasing from this site! I purchased one game twice and it was picked up by the retailer automatically who issued refund straight away. Second to none online!

Just didn't get my download or any refund
I did leave bad feedback originally but decided to change it to a neutral review as these things happen I guess
And maybe it wasn't Gamers247 fault but the company the linked to
I never got my £7.99 back tho and in fairness it was ordered using the Gamers247 site so I though I might have got my money back
Would have been worse if it was an expensive purchase but I can live with £8

Took 3 hours to receive a code, only to be given a code for the wrong game. Was eventually told it'll be refunded but haven't received the refund yet

Took an hour or so to receive the code but, tbh, the code was for an old Xbox 360 game from ages gone and I honestly doubted they would have it or that it would work considering the rest of the Internet couldn't find a single code for sale. But alas these guys pulled through and I now have an old favourite back in my library.

In short. Amazing, if you haven't received your code be patient this isn't g2a it seems a bit stricter with the codes and validating purchases, not a bad thing.

If I think of any more old gems I'll definitely be back. Thank you

I am trying to get a refund for a game that will not download on my Apple Mac and GAMERS247 are constantly ignoring my emails for this!

They have not replied at all, and I cannot access the game, but they have taken my money!

Not impressed at all.

This has been 3 weeks now.

I got the code and it worked. Can't really ask much more than that.

Nothing negative to say, saved 40% against Steam store price and price everywhere really, key came through in around 20 mins. Will happily shop again and recommend to others. Just to say, I was surprised to see some of the reviews. Just putting it out there but my job is fixing appliances in peoples homes, at least 50% of my call outs are to explain to people that there is nothing wrong with their stuff, and politely show them what they don't realise that they are doing wrong. I get a little fed up reading negative and sometimes nasty comments made by people with absolutely no patience, and more importantly a completely lazy attitude toward educating themselves. Now you might think that is a bit forthright, arrogant even. This is something I experience every single day and it's getting worse. Please take a moment, step back and think hey, it could be something I am doing wrong. I don't have any association with these guys, I have only shopped with them once so far in fairness and maybe my experience will not always be so positive, and honestly I could have posted this same review against many other places that I have done business with but credit where credit is due for this transaction, it all does exactly what it says on the tin. Happy days.

Smooth transaction - easy process

You gave me a working steam key. It was 100% functional. Unfortunately, I have an operating system that can't run the game so I just poured 3o quid down the drain unless I can figure out how to get an emulator working. That isn't actually your fault though, and while the game was a bit pricy, this website did its job perfectly. If it was a game I could run on my current operating system, I would totally use this site again.

I cannot run the product without being asked to repurchase. The email does not make the product activation key obvious. I have asked for advice but no has come through as yet.

I didn't receive my code in my email at first but after sending an email enquiring about that, I received a response quite quickly along with my code. They were helpful and informative. Also, I bought the Game of the Year edition of Dragon Age Inquisition cheaper than ANYWHERE else. Overall I'm very pleased and would buy from them again.

Game code was pretty slow to come through, took about 3 hours.

Both my son and I have struggled to find a way to play the game purchased. It’s not straight forward

Only used them once so far, but everything went smooth. It did take the game key over an hour to arrive, but in the end I got what was promised

The program said the activation code was illegal. They suggested trying a different version of the program which got a message of unknown activation code as soon as it attempted to update the version. They have stopped replying to my emails. I will try to recover my payment from the credit card company.

Too confusing to download and asking for support got none

I could not download the game I purchased.
When ask for a refund they said no.
