Fast, precise and helpful.

It wasn't obvious that I had purchased fully the software as when first used after downloading, a menu box implied it was a trial. Again, it wasn't clear whether I had fully activated the software as it kept asking for the Serial no. which appeared nowhere in my emails. Eventually, by searching online what to do, It appeared my activation code was my also my serial no.

Good but at first it said my payment didn't go through and like 10mins after it sent me the code that worked so u would recommend

I made a mistake on ordering the wrong software on their site (my error) but how they dealt with it was short and rude and entirely lacking any kind of compassion.

I asked if I could be refunded. I couldn't. That was already a hard blow because I now paid for something that is not even compatible with my computer - but I could even understand this if the tone in which I had been spoken to had been kinder and friendlier.

I found the customer services terrible and will never shop with them again.

Really great service, I always worry buying from sites that I don’t recognise, but so glad I did, received my code quickly, loaded into my origin account just now. One very happy gamer :)

purchased a steamkey 7 days ago it is already being used by another account so is useless,have sent screenshots to company multiple times to prove this they have ignored my emails and wont respond,as far as i am concerned they have taken my money fraudulently and i feel scammed,there are plenty of other sites out there make sure you dont use this one unless you want a bad experience and receive zero customer service,my order no was #19338 have still got the email.

i will be quite happy to pass on all of the emails i sent over the 7 day period to trust pilot they are all dated,the account is a new account because i had to open an account with steam to regester the key and play the game,you are now saying that i have to contact steam and ask them to provide information about someone elses account and when the steamkey you provided was activated, a reputable company with a decent customer service would do this themselves i would have thought being as they have the key number and are aware of when they purchased the key, i stand by my review as it is what i have experienced,i have still not recieved any response from gamers 247 apart from the email sent exactly 4 minuites after leaving a bad review 7 days later, a real bad experience.

--UPDATE--
I replyed to the one and only email sent by gamers 247 on the 20/10 the next day stating that the steam platform states that any problems with duplicate key from 3rd parties you need to refer to the vendor i finnished the email with "what do you want me to do?" they have ignored this and i have had no reply from them . once again you would have thought a decent company would actualy have some customer service and contact steam themselves to bring an end to this but they seem quite happy to do nothing or provide any help in this matter as the only person sending multiple emails is me.

i will let the readers of this review decide the level of customer service from the comment s left by gamers 247, personly i find them arrogant rude and totaly unhelpfull.
point 1 = gamers 247,could you please take the time to read and understand the comments in the first part of the review especially the part that says "have sent screenshots to company muliple times"as this was what i was refering to in my comments.
point 2 = thankyou for providing the screeshot of my last email to you that would be the email you chose to ignore and not respond to,it contained two parts a statement along the lines of it is not posible to provide the info you require and a question asking what do you want me to do?,the usual responce from a decent customer service would have been an answer moving forward to resolve the situation.

The price for the product I brought Painter 2019 was very competitive. The access code came thru quickly and when I had a problem with the download it was dealt with within the hour. I would buy from the again.
