I try to use Gamersgate to buy Steam keys as often as possible since 1) they're Swedish and 2) I can pay in SEK and use my Amex for points.

But, the delivery time for the keys are long. The last 3-4 purchases have all been selected for manual review and, even though it says it takes max 24h, it usually takes longer. I get it, you've had problems with bots but when do I become a trusted customer? My account is 10+ years old and has 10+ purchases.

Don't be in a rush if you need a key from this site.

I purchased a game and opened the steam code, not knowing that they sell only PC games and not consul games (PS4) and that the latter is not compatible. Impossible de changer la région comme dans mon cas mais étant de Monaco avec normalement une TVA de 0 en devant ainsi m'acquitter de la TVA française car même sans ne me détectant a Monaco mais en france, donc hors de question.

Seul site de clé a imposer cela (étant adepte de kinguin, cdkeys, driffle, k4g, et bien d'autres) en perdant ainsi bien des clients entre ça, et la satisfaction clientèle qui est équivalente chez cette société a un rouleau de papier toilette.

Heureusement que j'ai juste quelques jeux indépendants dessus qui sont déjà activés, mais voici le risque que vous prenez si leur logiciel vous détecte mal ou si vous partez en vacance dans un autre pays, a vous de voir si le risque en vaut la peine. D'autant qu'en terme de prix et de frais il est équivalent aux autres voire pire sur pas mal de titres.

Si problème avec une clé on imagine déjà la réponse de ce dernier comme en atteste déjà plusieurs commentaires ici.

I was on holiday and bought a few games, and realised some of them couldn't be activated in my home country. I contacted customer service and Michael got back to me pretty much instantly - literally within a few minutes - and refunded those purchases. Not only that, he gave me advice on how to check if games could be redeemed as well

Incredible customer service, cannot be faulted. And for the games that could be activated, they were by far the best price I could find

I have been in contact with the support for a couple of weeks now. The email responses seem to be auto generated or ai generated. Always the same excuses and completely useless suggestions that do not match the problem I have at all.
To be a little more specific: from the beginning the problem was that the installer of the gane did not run at all. I provided several screenshots to prove that. Nevertheless there were several suggestions regarding the drive or the folder where the gane is installed. There is no way a human being has read the problem report to provide these suggestions. That is why I assume the are auto generated … or produced by a rather untrained ai.

Support replied in literally 4 Minutes (emailed them at 22:35, got a reply 22:39) because Outlook is blocking their messages from arriving to my inbox and junk folder. They swapped to a Gmail address they asked me for and everything worked perfectly fine. Avoid using Outlook with their services, Gmail should be good to go!

Worst customer service ever. Not complying to EU laws. Better prices available elsewhere for 99% of their catalog. As an old gamer with more than 500 games in my steam account, this is one of the very few shops I'll never return to.

Great service. And was quick to deliver. I got nothing to complain about. Would definitely buy future deals. It's actually the first website of this type that I found a really good deal in and actually worked.

Gamersgate allowed me to make a purchase without creating an account, then refused to send me a password (or let me reset my password) to create an account with that email... which they then required for me to access my purchase. Effectively they took my money then refused to give me my product. Steer clear - no "sale" is worth it if you don't get what you paid for.
