I cannot recommend this store/website enough. I ordered a nendoroid last year and I had no trouble whatsoever, the delivery was fast and packaging was well secured. I recently ordered another figure but unfortunately they had miscounted their stock; mistakes happen and Aaron offered me similar figures (for no extra charge) or a full refund. This was beyond good of him to do, and I am really grateful. The customer service is fantastic and the responses to emails are the fastest I’ve ever known from a company. I will certainly be ordering from them again if anything else catches my eye, if only to support such genuine and kind people. Thank you!

Got a delivery on the way today and just placed another order, just want to say how fantastic this place is. Great prices, still managing to find stock of things like Pokemon in these very trying times for the TCG and then actually offering them for RRP instead of scalper prices like so many "retailers" are now doing!

Brilliant service as well, I e-mailed one night at around 8pm not expecting a reply til the next day and got a reply within half an hour. Amazing!

Bought a model from here as it was the only place I could find it in stock and I was very happy with how quickly it was sent and how well everything was packaged! Will definitely buy here again!

Not even received my item yet but looking at the replies to the 1 star reviews I find this company very decent and worthwhile pumping some money into.

Brought from here as it was the only place that had a figure I wanted so had no choice. Was put off by all the 1 star reviews so it was a bit of a risk but everything arrived on time and really well packaged. If they have something I want I would order from them again.

Not my 1st time ordering from Games and Cards, although there was a small mix up with my order the guys where prompt in helping to get it sorted so an absolutely great customer experience and will definitely be using them again, thanks again.

Awful experience with a patronising owner who thinks selling a collectable item with damaged packaging doesn't matter as long as the item inside the packaging is ok.
Damaged items belong in a bargain bin not sold at full RRP
Totally defeats the idea of buying collectable items collectors want to display.
If you're buying as a collector steer clear.
Poor condition items, very rude owner who is never wrong.
Also asking people on your Facebook page to leave a positive review on trustpilot to make the bad reviews go further down the page is both laughable and desperate.

Great customer service, response received about an order within 24 hrs. Good delivery. Had a very happy son on Xmas day when he saw the Dragon Ball Z merchandise. Great online purchase experience would love to visit the store.

I ordered from this company a few months back and received my items in perfect condition and had great response from customer services. The prices are competitive and unlike some stores, they have a wide variety of items.

Some of the negative reviews on here fail to understand that not only is this a small local game store, we are in a pandemic and postal services are back logged.

Would definitely support and order from Games and Cards again.

I do not recommend this company they are not trust worthy. I ordered a product on 27.12.2020 I also payed extra postage 3.99 for 2 to 4 days. After 4 days nothing came. I also wrote a email to ask when they are sending the product,because is so important for me because is a present for birthday to my son,they said they sent it today 31.12.2020 and their dispatch is not guaranteed. They did not care about the time the parcel would arrived.Very bad experience.Olga
