I bought a Nintendo Switch and also a Ps4 controller. Nearly £250....No sight of the goods, contact number dead, they don't reply to enquiry form or emails.
My bank say I have to wait until Xmas eve to call them to dispute..... My kids will be so disappointed..

I ordered a PS4 for £199 and the next day I realised I had been scammed. I paid by VISA Debit, so I waited 15 days from the when the money was debited and then contacted my bank. I logged an incident with them and I happy to say that about 1 week later my money was refunded. Lesson learned. I hope everyone else gets their money back too. Check out the info at money saving expert website with regard to "debit card chargeback". "Chargeback" is where banks try to get the money refunded from the bank used to debit the money in the first place. I got mine back so I would imagine that others should too.

I have had the same as many of you. £169.99 for Xbox One S with 2 controllers. I was very fortunate to have someone step up and kindly offer to lend me the money so that my son wasn't disappointed. I'm hoping to get the money back from my credit card company, but in the meantime these vile, evil people have scammed thousands of pounds from people like us. I've called the phone number and messaged the site as well as Christmas Boutique but to no avail.
Please share on social media, report to trading standards and anyone else you can think of, including, as one person has already mentioned, the police. We can only now hope that these 'people' will be caught and punished accordingly. Good luck to you all. I hope this hasn't ruined anyone's Christmas.

Yep, looks like I've been done too. Unfortunately looks like my bank won't be able to help either. £169.99 for an xbox one s with 2 controllers. Just goes to show, when something looks too good to be true, it normally is. Looks like google have removed their ads now which at least stops others getting conned but doesn't help us.

Im so annoyed as I'm normally much more careful online.

Gutted, lad goes without his Christmas present this year, nice.

Can people start getting on Google's back about this. They've still got them listed (on 1st page search results) even after scammed users repeatedly reporting this company. Google are just as bad as these Scumbags.

Ordered a Xbox one s on 8th November. Still not received it on 17th December. Never replied to email and Don't try the phone number always down for maintenance. Scammer site. Your receipt comes from Madagascar travel site . alarm bells.

i also am a victim to this scam, however i have reported this site to google as they are still active, i urge all victims to also report this site direct to google and get the site removed.

Ordered Xbox s 2 controller's 5 Dec 18. E-mailed a few times, no response, got a invoice saying what I've paid for, be despatched soon!.. looked it up on Google, found trust pilot, it seemed legit, make sure you check every site before you purchase, god knows how they seem to carry on with this, as the bank will refund, the issue is 15 days to wait and make sure there's no delivery, but that's Christmas day! So I'll have to find the money to buy another one for Christmas, wish the bank's would spend some money to stop this carrying on week after week, misery for some people on a low budget.. please CHECK 1ST.. lesson learned...

Ordered a PS4 for son's Xmas present...looked like a realistic deal price. Received an email confirmation but with no dispatch/delivery date and 1st line of delivery address missing. I used the contact form on the website but have had no response. Then received confirmation of payment from another company-Christmas Boutique. Needless to say 15 days since order date and console has not arrived. Will be receiving money back via bank however they can't do anything until 15 days from when money debited account. Gutted I fell for it! Please don't do the same!

Games key is a scam, I've ordered a xbox one s with 2 controllers and I paid £170 for this which I have not received. So any help or information will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a scam. Ordered XBox One on 28th november and have not received it. No response to emails. Invalid phone number and on closer inspection, no address. Appears as ChristmasBoux on bank account. Rang Bank of Scotland and they refunded me same day (paid by Visa Debit)

Scam Website, took money & no response to emails and no product delivered. Having to seek compensation from Credit Card. Unfortunately google promoted the Company and the product I was looking for, therefore I fell into the trap of what appeared to be a bargain!

My daughter bought an xbox from them a month ago. Phoned baclays bank just now and they are refunding the money within 24 hours. Unfortunately they also had to cancel her card in case gameskey try to use her account. Am reporting these people to the police. I would like to come face to face with the owner.

its a con. broke my own rules of price too good. got to wait 30 days for credit card to investigate

Be aware of wethegamers.co.uk site looks exactly the same and probably also a scam anyone who been ripped off by these just ask bank for card charge back and should get your money back :)

I am a victim as many of you are too..Has anyone been able to get their money back, I have today registered my fraud claim as it’s been over 15 days...but it seems like a long process from now on, just wondering what the likelihood of getting my money back is? I bank with Barclays. Thank you.

Do not buy after taking my money they sent me an email after saying my order is on its way and still no x box
