BUYER BEWARE, ESPECIALLY FOR GIFTS. I bought an official Nintendo licensed collectible item as a gift. I paid extra for shipping and The Gamemen chose to ship it in a box that was too small. Despite photo evidence showing that they intentionally bent and damaged the official retail packaging to force it inside, they refused to offer even a $5 partial refund. When contacted for a partial refund, this games/toys/collectibles retailer shockingly claimed that they "do not consider the packaging as part of the figure" (their words verbatim). Very poor practice for items meant as gifts. Order number: 08-14593-66095

I ordered several items from The Gamesmen as gifts as they seemed to have a good reputation . I'm so disappointed !! I was emailed that my package had been delivered , instead it's totally disappeared . Both The Gamesmen and Australia Post claim it has been delivered , their only "evidence" is a photo of the label and a fake signature. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM !!

It was easy to do on line and offered to dispatch the same day and was delivered the next day prompt service and prompt delivery on time fantastic customer service

I pre-ordered a figure of Smart Falcon from Umamusume: Pretty Derby at the end of January and was told it would arrive in early February. I then got told it was delayed and would arrive in March. The figure still hadn’t even shipped by the end of March, so I emailed customer service, and was told it would arrive in April. April is nearly over, and still no updates.

I don’t know if this is an issue with The Gamesmen or the manufacturer, but I’ve had a rough experience.

I bought Super Mario Galaxy for Nintendo Switch from The Gamesmen, and everything arrived quickly and without any problems. The website is really convenient for searching for games: I entered my search terms, selected the platform, and immediately found what I needed. Each game has a description and screenshots, so you know what you're getting. The prices are reasonable, the selection is huge, and it's nice that it's a family-owned store that has been in business since 1982, which immediately inspires confidence. Everything was packaged neatly. Overall, I was satisfied and will be buying more

Quick delivery, great customer service; definitely easy to manoeuvre the website and find the product I required; I have ordered from them previously and was very happy with my experience with them. Availability of stock was good; overall I would recommend ‘The Gamesman’ and will definitely purchase from them again.

Awesome. McFarlane DC Multiverse figures are hard to come by in New Zealand, atleast the figures you want anyway, The Gamesmen has almost everything you could ever want in stock, & they ship in a box which is fantastic

I was attempting to make a purchase from uk as a gift for my son in Australia. I got in a bit of a muddle but was given some excellent advice from this company and their excellent communication left me confident that my purchase would be a success. Received my $300 box yesterday. It has damage to it even though the post box it came in was absolutely fine. Not sure if damage happened in the mail because they didn't send it with bubble wrap or protection, or if it was like that before it was even sent.

My item arrived safely and in good condition thank you.
