Very quick response and friendly customer service

The game i bought is unusable and when asked for a refund, they first asked for dxdiag to see that my pc has the minimum required hardware, then, when it was obvious that my PC is very much above those requirements, they linked me a youtube video on how to optimize my PC. I built this PC myself and have been doing that for 30 years as a gamer. I also specified that all my other games work perfectly without any issue, all my drivers and windows are up to date. Yet, they refuse to refund the game and follow their own "Guarantee of conformity" act from their website. I had to make a paypal claim and dispute the purchase through paypal which obviously will take some time with my money being stuck in a purchase that i can't use. I definetly not recommand this website to anyone with a sound mind, the few % of discount on a game does not worth the risk of having a broken game without a chance to get a refund.
Edit: Now they are bringing more lies cover their mistakes from which, me refusing to cooperate. That's all i have done, cooperate. They actually accused me of blackmailing them in the email reply to my email where i stated that if i cannot get a refund on a game that is broken and unplayable, i will have to give the reviews that they deserve, so that others can avoid from going through what i am right now. In neither of their replies did they even mention that they would ever refund, not the 30 days, no nothing. They literally called me a blackmailler which is a serious offence punishable by law. I would attach that email here if i could. Just avoid the company, if you don't it's on your own risks. A company who has to justify themselves like this on trustpilot tells everything anyone needs to know about the company.

Bought an ASUS product during the Resident Evil Requiem promo. When I tried to use promo code it said it cannot be used. I contacted GamesPlanet support and they were quickly able to solve my issue. Great customer service.

Wow what can I say this company actually values their customers and always answering to those in need as quickly as possible i also love their pricing on many digital goods their staff and service is non matched!

Had to ask for a manual confirmation of my mail since I wasn't receiving my confirmation email. It was done only a few minutes after sending an email to their support.
I could activate my key right after that.
Everything's fine.

The support team responded quickly to resolve a minor issue, and I was able to get my game without any problems

Gamesplanet has great prices compared to the ,for example, Steam. Crimson Desert was -10% off and i bought it. But ,sadly Pearl Abyss forgot to mention before launch that the game wont launch on the ARC gpus so when i activated the game just wouldnt launch. Intel gpus just got blacklisted. So i wrote up to the support through the mail (since game was already activated) and Mister Rafal from the customer support was super helpfull and friendly during our short exchange! He said that Refund is possible in this request but also proposed to use GeForce Now to play the game. Since i dont like Cloud gaming i declined and his next response was super fast ,and fulfilled my request. I can't recommend enough the platform , from super deals and fast key delivery to very helpfull and friendly customer support!

Équipe super réactive ! Suite aux clés resident evil requiem offertes, j'ai dû faire appel au service client, qui m'a répondu très rapidement. En rupture de stock, ils sont néanmoins revenus vers moi par mail pour m'informer du réassort des clés. Très pro et consciencieux. Merci à l'équipe (Julien et Christophe) !

After hours of support from customer service with Asus trying to get a game key, I emailed Gamesplanet about the situation 1 time and they resolved my issue. They also offer cheap games and I will definitely be buying from them again!

Had issues with claiming my game i got when i bought my ASUS ROG motherboard, I sent them a mail and they had quick and clear response and got me sorted within 24hours very great support from the guys

Parti d’un simple code d’activation donné par Asus, mon expérience avec Gamesplanet aurait pu s’arrêter net à cause d’un problème de stock. Au moment d’activer mon jeu, impossible de finaliser : plus de clés disponibles, sans que je le sache initialement. Je contacte alors le support à 17:39 pour expliquer la situation, et moins d'une minute plus tard (étonnant de nos jours avec les SAV), réponse claire, rapide et courtoise. On m’indique le souci de stock et on m’invite à réessayer un peu plus tard.

Là où l’expérience devient réellement marquante, c’est la suite : sans relance de ma part, je reçois un nouveau message m’informant que le stock venait d’être réapprovisionné et que je pouvais récupérer mon jeu immédiatement. Une attention rare, qui montre un vrai suivi client et pas juste une réponse standard.

Entre la rapidité de prise en charge, la transparence et le suivi proactif, difficile de faire mieux. Une expérience fluide et rassurante du début à la fin, qui mérite clairement la note maximale.

Des prix très attractifs et un super service clientèle. J'ai acheté par erreur un jeu que j'avais déjà, et ils m'ont rapidement répondu.
Je recommande vivement.

super achat cher eu même si mon adresse mail était différente pour éviter la fraude il mon demander de confirmer mais pas de mail reçus pour valider .donc jai envoyer un mail pour leurs expliquer. il on régler sa en quelque minutes.il sont très réactif si vous aver un soucis.sav au top tres sympas et compréhensible.ps merci a jean phillipe du sav
