I purchased a sweater as a gift on Black Friday. Unfortunately, it was a size too small as it ran slim, which was not stated on the website. I asked about exchanging it but was told no and the promotional price had ended so I'd need to reorder at the higher price, which I will not be doing. It was my first - and now only - time shopping with them.

Deze zomer lederen schoenen gehaald van GANT voor 130 euro. Niet halen. Na 4 maanden al volledig uitgelopen/versleten. Vergelijkbaar met schoenen uit de van Haren die je koopt voor enkele tientjes. Geen aanradar.

I recently bought on their online US shop a rugger dress. The item said "thick rugger dress". Boy oh boy is it the opposite! The quality I expect of Gant has obviously declined. I even decided the dress is so thin, I wear it to bed. One expensive 200 dollar night gown! #devastatinglydisappointed

A me sembra un'azienda seria con prodotti di qualità. Hanno anche un sito in italiano. É la seconda volta che acquisto in periodo di saldi, con ottimi prezzi. Spedizioni gratis, per gli iscritti al club, veloci e precise. I prodotti vengono dalla Germania, prima con DHL, ora con Poste Italiane che, stranamente, funziona a dovere con le consegne.

GANT used to be my go to brand but for several years now have bought very little from them. Two key reasons for this, firstly quality not what it used to be and the quality/price ratio no longer merits going for this brand. Fine to pay more if something really lasts. The other reason is the styles. It has all become a bit stale and boring. Chinos are chinos but rarely do you see a detail twist that says this is Gant. Same applies to most of their range. I could tell you without looking what their range is carrying this year since it never really changes. Simply sticking a GANT logo on the front of a hoodie does not make it very exciting. Look what Lacoste have managed to do with keeping their designs fresh but the logo/brand still very clear. Personally I shop more and more at Eden Park. Great quality and innovative design ideas. I hope GANT find their way again since sad to see a great brand quietly slip away.

Compre una cazadora Harrington de algodón por 300€ y me mandaron una cazadora de plástico, todo plástico, y que a parte de no ser lo que pedí no tenía absolutamente ninguna calidad.

Attention arnaque. Commande une paire de gants et tjrs pas de nouvelle ca fait 3 semaines. Écris plusieurs fois par mail aucune réponse. Soupçon de piratage carte banquaire, site signalé.... au lieu de données des numéros de tel et fairz les étonner commencé par répondre au multiple message envoyé.

Köpte en ulltröja för 3000 kr för att få ett kvalitetsplagg som skulle hålla länge. Tyvärr lurad. Denna tröja noppar mer en en billig syntetkofta från HM. Har reklamerat. Får se hur det går.

Uppdatering: Gant accepterade minreklamation och jag fick pengar tillbaka men fortfarande missnöjd med att Gant säljer så dålig kvalitet. Det påverkar förtroendet.

Ik heb mijn bestelling retour gestuurd. Via track en trace code kan ik zien dat het pakket is afgeleverd bij Gant. Alleen heb ik tot nu toe nog mijn geld niet terug gehad. Lees in de revieuws hier dat ik waarschijnlijk kan fluiten naar mijn geld. Fijn hoor €105 kwijt. Ik kreeg overigens wel een mail waarin mijn bestelling mocht beoordelen, daarin ook laten weten dat ik mijn geld nog steeds niet terug heb. Deze revieuw werd geweigerd….. dat is veelzeggend. Mijn advies: KOOP HIER NOOIT!!!!

I have had a really frustrating…
I have had a really frustrating experience with GANT. I ordered 1 jacket but never received it. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, sent pictures and videos as proof and signed a statement that I have not received anything.

Unfortunately I am met with rejections, with Sally and now with lovita from customer service in particular keeping writing that my proof is not enough. It seems as if they refuse to take responsibility for the non-delivery.

They keep telling me that the post office has mentioned the weight of the package several times, but that does not really help clarify the situation, regardless of the weight my package is missing and they dont want to compensate me!

Can somebody help !?

Hej jag har köpt gant kläder i över 25 år alltid nöjd.men ser nu en sämre kvalitet.vad har hänt.jo har flyttat tillverkning till kina.
Detta land som hotar hela världen med sitt skräp.då får nu hitta ett annat märke.tack för denna tid.

Mina föräldrar köpte en tröja M som alltid passar mig men denna modellen var helt off och även S var ok men absolut inte för liten. Hittade en S på GANT i Sverige men de vägrade låta oss byta då de har någon intern policy kring det. Hur man kan driva ett premiummärke och bete sig så förstår jag inte.

Grosse cliente gant depuis des années pourtant...j ai acheté un pull à mon mari que j ai lavé à 30 comme indiqué et maintenant je peux le porter car feutré et diminué... Compré una prenda de GANT a través de un distribuidor autorizado, y lamentablemente, llegó con un defecto de fabricación. Al contactar al servicio postventa de GANT, me negaron la recogida del producto y el reconocimiento de la garantía. Esperaba mucho más de una marca que presume de calidad, pero he recibido una pésima atención al cliente y cero soluciones.

Es decepcionante ver cómo una marca tan reconocida se desentiende de sus responsabilidades. No recomiendo GANT si valoras un buen servicio postventa y garantía de calidad.

very bad quality. Shoes that hurt all the time, shorts that lost color on first wash. Top parts that says not to wash. Shirts that have wrinkles very easily. Never bying gant again
