An excellent service.
Phoned them on Saturday morning, they came and quoted Saturday afternoon, and installed Monday morning.
A+

Won’t give you a price over the phone even though I told them it was a broken cable so they sent out guy said I needed 2 new cables and cones which actually cost £17.50 on Amazon for my door size so they phoned me back with a price £350 after few words they reduced it to £275 guy took 20 minutes utter rip off merchants so I checked local companies £80 to £150 for same job go local don’t use this mob.

Came out within an hour. Door was fixed 30 mins later. Helpful telephone service, and engineer. Not used the door yet, but the engineer demonstrated that it was fully working so fingers crossed. 3 year guarantee on work done.

Roller door had come out off guides and wouldn't roll High enough to put back in. GDF engineer came rolled the door to the ground, claimed 2 hinges had snapped, replacements are not available so will have to replace all of them, then reset the limits and place door into guides. Office called with £520 quote. Told them no thanks. Engineer left with door still hanging loose. Called local company arrived same day reset limits placed door in guides so it could be opened,closed for security. Stated the two broken hinges need new pins which he ordered
returned a week later to fit . Gave me a lesson on setting limits and a free tool. Only charged £150 . My advice always get 2/3 quotes and go local.

A lovely person came to fix it within hours and very friendly and helpful.

This company made everything so stress free from start to finish. The service was so quick and the electric garage roller door was fitted within a couple of days from placing the order. So pleased with the finished product such a professional service, would highly recommended. Brilliant aftercare too.

Be carful with this company they wanted to charge £450 to change a snapped coving cable parts was about £25 labour would have been 2 hours max. Im a self employed joiner myself so appreciate people needing to make a living and overheads ect but £450 for a job like that is day light robbery. BE CARFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Immidiate callout. Very knowledgable engineer. Got it opening and closing immidiately but electric closer was kaput. It was an old unit company no longer around so rarther than try a short term fix and deal with the problem again later we decided to replace there and then.
Great price, work done instantly problem solved. Can not reccomend this company enough. And its lovely helpful friendly engeneers.

From phoning to make an enquiry to the job being completed 3 hours. Fantastic service. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Arrived as agreed knew exactly what the fault was battery replaced using my battery less than 5 minutes total, phone rings for payment advising me adjustment required £174 WOW advised them no adjustment was made and don't wish to go ahead with quote as repair was already complete 3.6v AA battery, concerning as I'm a 40 year old male imagine if was someone elderly or vulnerable

Thieving bastards. Luckily I'm not stupid but vulnerable people are being ripped off. How can you price a simple repair job at 425 plus VAT, and somehow, when you say that's ridiculous, it is suddenly 288 inclusive of VAT. Still too much so told them to do one . Ps had to pay 29.95 call out charge.

Fast, friendly service for a quote. Unfortunately they dont do a door in the dimensions I required but can't fault the service.
