Can only be 5 star, because everything was spot on, measurements, timing, delivery and first class customer care and great quality for a great price, keep up the good work.

We have had 2 orders from Welch fencing , easy to order online , emailed to let us know when delivery would be , 1 was the next day , brilliant service and friendly delivery drivers , good prices , good quality, will definitely use again and would recommend 😀

I ordered concrete posts and gravel boards from Welch at a very competitive price. After realising I had made a mistake in the length of posts they changed it with no qualms, the delivery was on time as well .I would recommend this firm to everyone,

This firm were a delight to deal with. They stocked a fence panel that I had been unable to source locally and included non-local delivery The phone was answered promptly and my questions were answered accurately. The delivery slot was within a week of my order and was confirmed the same day as the order. The driver arrived on time with the correct items and was both professional and very helpful. The delivery cost was obviously expensive for a single fence panel but I was just glad to get what I needed! It would have been very reasonable if I had been ordering more.

Placed and order and was emailed the following morning with a delivery date only 2 days after placing it. A lot quicker than what is stated on website.
Delivery driver was friendly and worked to place delivery where I wanted it to be quickly and professionally.
Fencing and post are great and very sturdy. A lot cheaper than anywhere I found online. Thankyou.

Delivered 275 miles within 3 days from order.The driver was extremely friendly and helpful.
The panels and concrete posts seem very robust and the cost was 60% including delivery of buying the same from Wickes which is 1 mile from my address

Having trawled around locally to find double sided panels to no avail I located this company on the internet.
After pricing up what it was I needed I was given a total cost which included delivery. Placed the order and rang them directly to double check if I needed to be at home on the day of delivery and the lady said I didn't. Delivery day rolls around despite them being an hour away the lorry turned up just after 7am. The delivery driver was very pleasant and polite. Very pleased with the products and I will be finishing the rest of my garden with them.

Fantastic service from start to finish for new fence panels ordered. Very competitive prices, good quality, quick delivery and reasonable delivery fees. Delivered in my absence and thoughtfully left near the rear of my property. Will be using this company again shortly for new panels required at a second property owned.

Absolutely impressed with Welch Fencing. I needed concrete posts for a new fence and these were the only company where I could get all the same size that I needed. Ordered them on the 19th July, a lovely guy called me on the 20th July to arrange delivery and we agreed on the 25th July. They have actually been delivered this morning (22nd July). Now that's what I call customer service!!! And the fact that I live in Northamptonshire and they are in Preston? No problems. I will certainly tell everyone I know if they need panels or posts to give these guys first port of call. Well stocked, good price and reasonable delivery fee too. Big big thumbs up from one very happy lady :)

Just had my delivery good price on fence panels and concrete posts arrived on date . Very happy with quality. Seems like a lot of people complain needlessly all companies have problems in these times and areas they travel miles and miles so there will be glitches 5 star ⭐️ great service

Went to order from these guys & had everything in my basket, cost was £190 with £73 delivery, It then glitched out when I clicked PayPal & that my original delivery cost of £70 jumped to £190 Now they based the first figure off my postcode so why the sneaky update when clicking payment.. Be VERY weary of this company cos thats not how you should do business
