Ordered a plush loft throw blanket. It's fantastic and very warm. Shipment was prompt.

Great service, comfy clothes. had to make one return and they had provided return label ib the shipping envelope, so gloriously easy

I ordered something for my wife on Nov. 25. My mistake was not seeing in small print that the shipping date was going to be 12/29. That said it is now 01/17/24 and still has not shipped. NO communication of any kind. The individuals who have had to listen to me complain are very nice. The individuals who put them in the situation need to hear from individuals such as myself. We will never order from Garnett Hill again.

Britani was very understanding and professional when I contacted the accounting department. She took the time out of her day to go above and beyond to service my concerns. She ensured that my daughter and her roommate will be taken care of. This is their first year in college away from home and as a parent we want the best for our children. Thank you so much for all you do, we appreciate you!

Not happy with this company at all. They said they shipped my bedding, I waited 2 weeks, and nothing. I contacted their shipper UPS, opened a claim, and contacted Garnet Hill. They said since I opened a claim, they can’t replace/send my order, and I have to now wait for UPS to figure this out before they can do anything, but if I hadn’t have tried to find the goods, they would have just replaced them. No way this will now be here by Christmas. Bah humbug Garnet Hill.

I've purchased several items from Garnet Hill this year and have been delighted with the quality of the clothes and the service. Mostly everything is great but if there is a problem with sizing or it just doesn't look good on me, returns and exchanges have been handled efficiently. Especially love their cashmere sweaters.

Don’t recommend using them. Made a mistake on my order which was placed on a weekend. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON WEEKEND. Tried to cancel immediately, NO WAY TO CANCEL. Called first thing Monday morning they COULDN’T CORRECT IT and WOULDN’T CANCEL IT although, online, it said it was in process. Spoke with a customer service agent that was kind but it was out of her hands. I don’t need the headache! Too many great retailers that make everything easy online. Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Macy’s even TJMAXX.

The biggest problem with garnet hill is the ridiculous shipping costs. They charge nearly three times as much as most other places.

For a store that you can't actually visit in person, it's quite a financial commitment to order from them. You could buy something and if you don't like it you'll have spent up to $30 on shipping with nothing to show for it. Really lame. And just...weird.

I like Garnet Hill because they carry clothing I don't normally see. They stand behind their products and deliver fast shipping as well.

I contacted GH about a belt I'd ordered & received. The website pic was very difft than the actual belt-the beads along the length were supposed to be bright brass; mine were black. I called cust svc and was helped by a nice person that processed an advance refund, and ordered me a new one. She said she'd contact their product dept to insure the products matched the image(s). The CS Rep was very understanding & helpful. My replacement was MARGINALLY better. I'm still not satisfied with the product, but I opted to keep it. This was very disappointing, esp. considering the price of the belt. This was not a color shade difference that might be attributed to a computer monitor, but was a variance between a polished brass metal beading vs. extremely tarnished. I feel strongly that products should reflect what is pictured, and this did not.

The easiest exchange it went so well … no hassle. Thank you.

Most of the clothing is quality. GH has the best customer service. Returns are easier because they send a label with your items. Many companies do not. I like the sales and particularly when free shipping is available. This is a very reliable company.

I don’t ordinarily write reviews, but people need to understand how bad Garnett Hill is. Half the time, things ship, and the quality is ok. However when your order goes wrong, and it will, there is absolutely no customer service response, nor accountability. I bought from them for years, but all the good was quickly wiped out by the bad. Do not order from Garnett Hill.

Now that my settee has been delivered (On Time!!) and is safely set up in my apartment, I am ready to write my review! The Hampton Settee is remarkable...I couldn't have hoped for anything more. it is the perfect size (not a 'couch' but a 'settee') for a smallish room. The fabric is beautiful and the construction feels quite sturdy. It is the perfect piece of furniture to fill in a space or complete a room's decor...I chose the 'yellow", a bold mustard actually, and it provides the perfect pop of color. Great service!

Garnet Hill orders and returns go smoothly, but they do not provide enough invoice information. When I get a refund, I want to see a detailed accounting of what was returned (cost, tax, shipping) and if an exchange, what was charged. My account's order history doesn't show that, and the notifications I received about my most recent return did not show that.

The cashmere cabled T-neck arrived and added well to my collection. This sweater is very soft and has a nice drape. I would definitely recommend this sweater to give as a gift or to treat yourself.
