I have had multiple dealings with Garton Jones over the course of the last 17 years, the team has always been pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Most recently I have begun dealing with Paul Reville-Auchie who has been nothing short of exceptional in his professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly the humanity and personal touch he uniquely brings to his role. I have dealt with many estate agents in London over the years, but can confidently say that Paul rises to the top and I feel very comfortable in recommending him to all my friends and loved ones. Excellent all round professional.

They have an excellent customer services, they are very knowledgeable on the property market.
Also, they’re very informative on all the properties they rent to sell and they keep a great management service especially Paul in sales and Charlotte in property manager

We have had many dealings with estate agents but Paul Reville Auchie at Garton Jones is the most knowledgeable and authentic person we have ever had the good fortune to meet. He took time to listen to our queries before explaining everything clearly. He also followed up with an email with additional information he thought would be useful. 5 star service thank you.

I interviewed for property management role and while rejection could upset some people, I didn’t even get that far. I was through a recruiter and after a really positive interview with Jess I was told the second interview was cancelled. While I get decision were made I felt a strong candidate so I contacted Maria (head of property management) a few days later and was told she couldn’t take my call but would call me back. This looked a perfect opportunity for me, a genuine vibe from the outset with really positive first interview which led to an invite for second round. I’ve interviewed only for companies I genuinely felt were a good next career move, but here regardless of what happened with the recruiter I feel I personally would have managed this better.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexandra during my recent property search, and I cannot commend her highly enough.
