Customer service was as always fantastic, I called to get booked in and they found a cancelled slot, reminders were sent to remind me when it was coming up to my booking so I didn't forget and even a text message to say when they were almost at the property to do the service. Craig was great, friendly, efficient and let me know if I had any problems to contact them, this was followed up by a message two days after to check everything was OK.

The staff, servicing of my boiler and customer service provided can't be faulted in any way. Thank you!

After discovering a leaking central heating system GasFix, at short notice, rearranged their jobs and sent Ian and Darryl out quickly to repair the leak which involved replacing a section of piping and capping unused gas pipes (which were complicating the area of the leak) They completed the repair, refilled the central heating system, removed air in the system and cleaned up, all without us being present to make cuppas etc. A great job. Well done. Many Thanks.

We’ve used gas-fix for our servicing and repairs to date, but decided to change our aging system boiler to a modern combination boiler. Ian came round to give us advice and a quote which we were happy to proceed with. The installation was carried out by Adam and Gary who were prompt, polite and efficient. They left everything clean and tidy after finishing. We are very pleased with Gas-Fix and will continue to use them in the future.

We called Gas fix out to a 'no hot water 'situation ! They were able to come out to us that morning which was amazing, they found and fixed the problem in no time. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and friendly.

If there is a problem durring the year they have attended promptly and sorted the issue. We would full recommend them.

Tyler from Gas Fix arrived at the agreed time to carry out our annual boiler service. He carried out the work very efficiently, answering any questions I had and left the house very clean and tidy when he was finished. Had them install a new boiler 2 years ago, did an amazing job. Clean, efficient, polite and haven't had to call them back once for anything. The service cost is very competitive and I have them service it once a year. Arrive on time, wear overshoes indoors and put dust sheets down before they start. Guys are polite and answer any question you may have. They certainly know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone.

Tyler arrived at promised, very promptly and completed my boiler service very efficiently. He was very polite and friendly and offered to check all the radiators as well. He also offered advice about the rad in my kitchen and checked it was working as it should. All in all, I was very happy with everything Tyler had done. Great job!

Service completed with minimal fuss. Engineers are polite and courteous and always take time to explain things when required.
Service is included in our annual cover plan, which is competitively priced.
