Recently, I attended the Cupping Facial with TMJ Myofascial Release & Wood Therapy course. The course was excellent in every way. Laura Little's tuition was very clear in both theory and practically. The small class enables students to easily ask questions throughout the day. The treatment itself is the most in-depth and best facial I have ever experienced .

I booked in for the menopause massage course and it was brilliant, Laura is very good at delivering the learning and made us all feel welcomed and capable throughout, can not wait for my next course.

The ‘Reiki and Seichem 1 & 2 Practitioner Level Training Course’ run by Maxine was fantastic. I hadn’t heard of Gateway before, but the reviews looked good and I’m happy to report they were 100% accurate.

I was extremely pleased with the standard of teaching, the quality of the venue, and ease of getting there from Victoria Coach Station (or Hammersmith where I got off).

As I have never worked in wellness or healthcare (I've worked in Tech for 20+ years), I did not know what to expect, or whether I would even be able to “do” Reiki treatments on other people.

However, at the end of the 1-day course, I walked away pretty shocked at knowing that I could indeed perform Reiki on others (after we students all tried it on each other throughout the day), and I was filled with a new sense of belief in myself to help others in the area of spirituality.

The course was excellent value for money and there were no high-pressure sales tactics to get you to do higher-level courses. The instructor of course mentioned that there are higher levels on offer, and why you would need them. However, Maxine emphasised numerous times that the certificate from this 1-day course alone enables all students to now offer / sell Reiki treatments.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of pursuing this path in life to help others.

I attended the meditation teacher training and the course far exceeded any expectations I had! Maxine is a wonderful teacher and full of knowledge. It was so refreshing to be taught by a human and not a computer! She was very thorough and led the class so well. I would recommend her workshop for anyone getting started in the meditation community

I have taken two massage courses with Marsha Banks at Gateway Workshops, and they have been wonderful. The environment is really calm and pleasant, and the material is taught in a manner that is easy to understand and pick up. I genuinely enjoyed the courses and felt confident in what I had learned by the end of them. I highly recommend and am planning on taking more courses.

If you are wondering if this course is for you...then i can honestly advise it is! A joyous day with a great teacher! Came away not only feeling competent to teach, but full of ideas and excitement!!

Tutor was a lovely chatty and friendly tutor However, I did hope to leave this course feeling confident, especially after investing a lot of time, money, and a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the teaching on the day didn’t meet expectations. The tutor went off-topic frequently, focussed on agency work. As someone who isn’t looking to work for agencies, this took up time that could have been used for clearer practical instruction and more detail. The course content on website lists meridians which weren't mentioned.
A methodical and ,step-by-step approach needed. The tutor changed steps in the routine which confused me. The routine was taught in a fragmented way that made it difficult to follow. She also commented that quiet people wouldn’t be suited to this work, which didn’t feel encouraging or relevant.
What’s disappointing is that the video sent afterwards is excellent — clear, calm, and far easier to learn from than the in-person day. If the training had matched the quality of that video, I would feel much more confident now.
While there is the option to reattend within six months, it would be difficult for me to travel that distance again at short notice.
I’m glad to have the qualification, but overall I left feeling under-taught compared to what was advertised.

The courses in central London didn't they didn't give it to me certificate and told me to practice. Are you serious? The teacher isn't responding to my emails anymore. I'm sorry the course wasn't complete. They didn't even show us facial massage Thank you, and that's it.

The massage course was very well structured and easy to follow. Marsha, the tutor, explained techniques clearly and demonstrated them in a practical way, which made learning hands-on and effective. I feel more confident in my skills and would likely recommend this course to people looking for this type of course.

Outdated and not very helpful. I don’t feel confident being able to do this therapy alone as the course was all just reading loads of text, having basic assessments consisting of 10 questions and some outdated videos.

I have just done the MLD course with Marsha and it is amazing, she has so much knowledge and the treatment is amazing. Thank you Marsha see you next month for the pre and post op.

Great course delivered by Sue Cross. I gave no previous experience, but this wasn't an issue. Long enough to give me confidence now just a case of practicing in my workplace

Great course on the Vodder MLF technique. I had Karen as my tutor, in London.
The day was great, all hands on practice to really absorb the techniques. Karen answered loads of my questions. We were based in the Bush House, on The Strand which was a lovely building.
Definitely recommend as a great intro to MLD!

I did the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage training with Karen Hastings and I definitely recommend to book one of her classes. She is a lovely person, knowledgeable teacher and very helpful with tips and insights. Thank you Karen!

Did the natural facelift course with Sue Cross today and it was super informative and I’m leaving feeling confident to carry out the treatment right away. Sue was very welcoming and happy to help in any way needed.

I’ve just completed the Natural Facelift course, having previously trained with Sital Ladva on the Gua Sha course as well, and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely encouraging. From the moment the course starts, you feel completely at ease — nothing is rushed, everything is explained clearly, and there is never any hesitation or awkwardness about asking questions. She creates such a supportive learning environment where you actually want to engage and learn properly.

Her teaching style is personable and down-to-earth, yet extremely professional. She doesn’t just teach techniques — she makes sure you understand the why behind them, which makes a huge difference to confidence and results.

The group atmosphere was lovely too, which I truly believe is a reflection of her energy and the space she holds. I also received really positive feedback while I was there, which meant a lot and just added to how uplifting the whole experience was.

Both the Natural Facelift and Gua Sha courses were delivered to a very high standard, and I walked away feeling confident, inspired, and genuinely excited to put what I’ve learned into practice.

If you’re considering training with her — do it. You’ll learn properly, feel supported, and leave feeling empowered.

I recently studied Full Body Massage with Beth Cook, through Gateway Workshops. I cannot recommend Beth enough as a tutor. She is extremely passionate about teaching, very dedicated and she made everyone feel welcome. Beth is a very knowledgable and professional teacher. She was always available to answer questions, throughout the entire process of going through the course. She takes her time to get to know each student individually, she is fair and respectful and ever so kind. You can tell that she really wants every student to do well.

Regarding the course itself, you do need a lot of time to prepare for the A&P exam. It takes a lot of time to read, understand and study a large amount on each section. You will need to dedicate time towards this.

I am looking forward to studying more through Gateway Workshops.

Did the Biohacking facial course with Amy Johnson in Edinburgh. The course was brilliant and held in a nice venue. Amy was very professional and thorough in delivering the course. She was lovely, very approachable and patient and she was very happy to go over anything with you in order for you to understand everything and to feel confident in delivering this facial to your clients. I would highly recommend this course and I am looking forward to doing more Gateway courses with Amy in the future.
