Overall Purchase Experience
I placed an order for the SFP-10GBASE-TL-QL on Saturday morning (16/12/23), and to my delight, the product was delivered overseas promptly this morning (19/12/23). The entire purchase process was exceptionally smooth, and I am thoroughly pleased with the efficiency and speed of the transaction.

Never have I experienced customer service like this!! These guys go above and beyond.
We recently had a job migrating a server cabinet and as a result we managed to lose a PSU for a media converter we bought from GBICS. One call and a replacement was sent out for next day delivery to site. No charge, our fault completely but GBICS helped us out of a hole.
Amazing service from the team and ever grateful.

I turned to gbics after, having waited a fortnight, Amazon sent me the incorrect media converters. To my astonishment, I not only got the correct product it was with me within 48 hours. Amazon hadn’t even managed to process my refund in that time, let alone offer the right item! 10/10 for service and satisfaction.

Have used gbics a few times over the past couple of years. I am always amazed that they have the bit of kit I need in stock and how quickly they can turn around an order . Placing an order late in the afternoon for it to arrive the following day is fantastic!
