GB Vehicle Leasing レビュー

This is second lease I’ve arranged though GB Vehicle leasing, I was so impressed with the service they provided first time.I had no hesitation on using them this time for my new vehicle.

I made enquiries to several companies for pricing and advice on the car that I was interested in, however, when I spoke to Neil, he was very informative and helpful, I had never leased a vehicle before and he was excellent and patient explaining the process with me.
I rang him a few times with different questions about the car, I was a little confused about “paddles” on the steering wheel and other issues. He sent me photos and explained everything in detail putting my mind at rest.
Eliza and the admin team was also fantastic, keeping me informed and responding immediately to any queries I had. Overall, excellent customer service throughout the whole process, rare to find these days.
Peugeot 208 GT Premium, extremely happy with my new car.

My experience was in the manner in which everything from start to finish was done professionally. This is my first venture into leasing. May I thank you in making my decision to go with you hassle free. I’m hoping we can do business again in the future.

Good timely customer service with prompt responses to questions

The whole process was smooth and efficient.

Tyler was very helpful from GB Leasing. Helped discuss the car leasing option with us and it never felt like we were being hard sold etc. talked us through each stage of the process as well.

I had an outstanding experience working with Tyler from GB Vehicle Leasing. From the very first chat, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Tyler took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all the options clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free.

Communication was excellent — every question was answered quickly and honestly. He kept me updated at every stage and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s rare to find such genuine and reliable customer service these days.

I’d highly recommend Tyler and GB Vehicle Leasing to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional vehicle leasing experience. Thanks again, Tyler — truly 5-star service!

Tyler Grundy was very efficient.Answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with

Fantastic service, couldn't fault Neil, he was professional, knowledgeable and fast at replying to emails.

I have had lease cars for the last 5yrs and I would definitely recommend

My contact was Neil Armstrong who i believe is one the managers there. He was very very patient, open and honest and contactable and helpful as n when i needed to chat with him. Also, once the car was ordered i was dealing with the admin team who where equally very patient n understanding.

Excellent first class service and communication from Eliza & Chris from start to finish.
Thankyou

Very good, supportive customer- friendly service.

We received a faultless service from GB! From the start to the conclusion of of our first leasing experience, they were, clear, helpful and informative! Particular thanks to Neil and colleagues…. We would have no hesitation in recommending GB Leasing to family and friends!

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received was exceptional. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Eliza and Chris were both outstanding, responsive, helpful, and incredibly efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever had emails answered as quickly as they did! On top of that, the deal I got on the Volvo XC60 was by far the best I could find. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them !!

Couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Chris and Caitie were excellent and made the process as pain free as possible. It was a quick turnaround time, getting a new vehicle in less than a month. I couldn't be happier.Chris was super helpful with choosing the car/checking delivery/advice generally and Caitie was excellent at ensuring all the paperwork was in order and keeping me up to date.

From start to finish the ordering and delivery of my new vehicle went very smoothly. Great customer service and good communication.

I would highly recommend GB vehicle leasing. Great pricing and provide an excellent service.

I would highly recommend GB Vehicle Leasing! Their quote for my new car was cheaper then other providers but that was not the only reason I went with them. Tyler has been exceptionally helpful and responsive! The process to secure my vehicle has been very easy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Neil Armstrong was brilliant, I really didn't know what car I wanted, what I needed to have included. He spent the time talking through ALL options, sending me several different quotes and really gave me the time I needed to find the car that was right for me.
Once the car was picked and ordered Eliza Hilton then took over, she checked in every few days with updates, answered any questions I had and again was just brilliant.
Both are a real credit to the company - thank you.
