GB Vehicle Leasing レビュー

Excellent from start to finish
Good correspondence
Impressed with prices

Good service very fast Thanks 😊

First time using GB Vehicle Leasing after using various other service providers in the past.
Process was handled efficiently by Martin.
Would recommend.

The professionalism of Tyler was second to none. He listened to my needs for a transit and found the right one and also the colour I wanted. He worked hard sorting out a deal and finance that was in my budget. Don't often give high recommendations, but he deserves it.

Everything was perfect.Naomi & Eliza were both very helpful & always returned my emails almost immediately! I am very pleased with the car. Slight problem at the end, the car didn’t arrive on the day it was planned! Not there fault though. Highly recommend using them.

Quick service and generally friendly and helpful but felt that there was friction at some points.

My experience from start to finish was excellent, what made a particular difference and the difference that will ensure my continued custom was the communication. At all times I was fully up to date with movements, emails updating me, fast replies to questions and a fantastic customer service experience. Service like this is sorely lacking in todays market.

The lease arrangements were handled efficiently with all queries and requests answered promptly.

Martin has been fantastic and could not have been more helpful. I had many questions about the leasing process and Martin was extremely knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my enquiries. It was a very smooth process and I would definitely use this company again.

Great communication and service level from initial enquiry through to order and approval of finance by Martin Morgan and the admin team

I contacted Martin with regards to a car I wished to lease and he could not have been more helpful. He explained the process to me clearly and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear and prompt. He made this process a very easy one for me and I appreciate it massively. Thanks Martin!

Great communication, Martin was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and my vehicle order was confirmed quickly with no fuss.

I found the people I dealt with very helpful and professional, would recommend them

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Naomi in dealing with my initial enquiry through to processing the lease application. I was then passed onto the admin team who contacted me straight away. For someone that has never leased a car before, I found the process easy and well explained. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of leasing a car.

Great service… communication was excellent all the way up to the point of delivery. Made it very easy for me to plan my payments and delivery dates. Very happy with overall experience.

Easy and transparent from start to finish.
Same point of contact through the process, fast communications via email or phone.
Would not hesitate to use again.

Found using a car lease deal comparison website. Very competitive quote. Very helpful on the phone, spoke to a real human. No delays in phone queue etc. Just like things used to be. All completed very quickly.

The whole process from enquiry to delivery was flawless and proceeded quicker than i expected. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Martin and the team.

Excellent - Martin Morgan was extremely approachable, honest and thorough throughout all discussion we had

First time arranging a personal lease vehicle, im worried because it seems very simple. I did the research of what vehicle i wanted and GBVL pretty much passed me a form, T's and C's and sign here...done within a day or so.
