I have always found Craggs service excellent and so do many people I know in Easingwold so when we needed to replace our washing machine I didn’t hesitate to order it through them.
They delivered at the agreed convenient time.
I was having problems registering the extended 5 year guarantee with LG on line so send them a message and Stephan got straight back sending me a link and excellent instructions.

Craggs charged my grandparents £800 for a small bedroom television because it supposedly required an ariel. We’ve since discovered since my grandads passing 2 weeks ago the television was a smart tv and didn’t require an ariel. My grandad was ripped off and Craggs took advantage of the elderly by telling him he needed this when infact he didn’t. The television works as it should over WiFi

just popped in to the Boroughbridge store for a slow cooker, got a good selection and excellent price, ended up buy a fridge while in there. Been wanting one for a while, had to have an ice box and either black or silver/grey. They had both and in stock at the warehose, and willing deliver same day. Cold beer for Christmas

I have been dealing with Kevin @ Boroughbridge. He was Brilliant and so was the fitters. Everything went to plan. G. Craggs are a fantastic company to deal with.

Can’t praise this company enough. Having all sorts of problems with buffering on anything other than live TV so turned up on Craggs’ doorstep and asked for help. After a good joke about moving house to solve the problem, they sold me a range extender kit and off I went. I’m quite elderly and not very tech-savvy so when I looked at the back of my TV and then at the cable supplied I was stumped. I called Craggs from behind the TV and they very patiently talked me through the process (hidden Ethernet connector) and even offered to send someone round (this was the end of a busy Saturday afternoon). Eventually located the correct socket and, bingo, we’re away! Have dealt with Craggs before and they are always unfailingly pleasant and helpful. 5 stars and thanks guys.

Brilliant! Washing Machine "blew up" at 0900. A call to Kevin (Boroughbridge) and just over an hour and a half later, our new Siemens Washing machine was installed and working! That is Customer Service at it's best. Tricky and tight installation, but Chris and his mate were superb. No drama, just professionalism personified. THANK YOU.

I had to exchange a faulty item recently and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. Paul, Sam and the Manager (so sorry your name evades me) were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They made everything so easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how quickly they sorted everything out. It’s rare to come across such genuine, customer-focused service — I left feeling truly valued. Huge thanks to both of them! I’ll definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend to others.
