Amazing customer experience:

1. Had the product in stock - only shop in the UK to do so
2. Embraced the need to predict sizings accurately - and got it right first time
3. Communicated like a dream - eventhough I was advised that the key contact whom I needed was off on leave (he answered same day, 3 times)
4. Online order confirmation, billing and shipping info process was all top-notch
5. Price was 10% less than expected, and voluntarily offered to me, as such
6. Product was shipped as promised, properly packaged, and arrived on time.

Awesome company that others should aspire to match. Would recommend.

I’ve never dealt with a company and a manager/owner who is so nice. I placed an order and he helped me choose the items. Even I’m managed to haggle for a bit of a discount. No lies, no hidden nonsense, gave me real advice. Some of the items that I bought did not fit me well and asked for a refund, they did not try to force me to buy other stuff, they simple asked if I’d like a refund or exchange. Postage and delivery was smooth. Packaging was great. Service was 10/10. Honestly would use these guys any time if I need something. Thank you all!

Good service, appreciated.

Ordered a black helmet on ebay, was sent a red one. If cannot complete a similar orders won't buy from again Have positive feedback fiddled on ebay as you cannot arrange a return, can't leave feedback and if they refund you cannot leave negative feedback so they get fake 100% score.

Very helpful spoke to advisor got the correct size one piece suit with huge discount will definitely be using again

fast quick service five stars easily

Great selection of stock at good prices, excellent customer service communication and fast delivery. All round a great experience and will buy again in the future.

I used the online advice about sizing and it was spot on. Boots arrived swiftly and they were well packaged but sustainably so. Great all round and would use again.

I’ve just purchased a top of the range helmet and previously a pair of boots. Excellent prices and superb service. I cannot fault this company. Communication was top notch as well.

Great price, speedy delivery.

Purchased a new crash helmet through Gear Change. Price was competitive and helmet arrived a couple of days later. Simple transaction so no experience of their customer support etc.

Great service, excellent price and the alpinestars boots very comfortable.

Very helpful with size change, no issue. Great price and huge stock.

Good quality gloves and quick delivery to the Scottish Highlands

Great service, fast delivery and well packaged.
Couldn't be happier.

Prompt and efficient service. High quality equipment.
