A fully working iPad was priced as faultl due a crack off the screen with no visual or functional impact and a sudden, not replicable battery issue that was not diagnosed by Apple.
This had already been valued for double what Gecko offered but was lured by their high offer which then dropped by two thirds based on a questionable valuation.

Great experience - ordered my ‘new’ phone through BackMarket at a good price with a year’s warranty for and extra £20. It arrived a few days later with an offer to extend the warranty for another year for free!
The phone’s in great condition overall for a preowned device… I won’t be buying first hand technology again!

Delivery was really fast, packaged well.
Phone to look at is in very good condition! A few light scratches but not very noticeable. Haven't yet charged or turned the phone on as its a gift.

Reconditioned iphone 11 that was supposedly in Bronze condition seems perfect to me. No marks or cracks on the screen. So I was able to buy a phone with 128Gb for a good price.

This is not the first time I have used trustpilot I have used it a few time and not once have you guess been disappointing everything ordering to delivery top marks great prices excellent tech the only problem I have is that the battery dies to quick but other than that 5 ⭐️

I decided to sell an iPhone 8 which I categorised as "poor" and was offered £46. On receipt of the phone, I was informed of various issues and it was re-categorised, "falling under the Faulty condition category - New faulty price given". The "faulty" price offered was £4.60. Yet their website shows £30.60 for a "faulty" iPhone 8. No idea how they reached £4.60. No transparency at all in their pricing for sellers. Extremely disappointing.

Solid overall, minor scratches on lens, 85% battery health on the dot but alright condition
