Very very disssatisfied
When they wanted me to order my ring. They were prompt with their response, but the moment I received my ring, the stone was cracked, and now it has been more than 2 weeks, and nothing is being done. Just one response, the support team will contact me.
I was planning to order a few more rings, but I highly doubt it now. Additionally, I will also make sure to let my acquaintance know about the kind of treatment done in case something goes south.

Gem experts speak nicely to ensure sale is done but the quality of the gem would be very poor to the price u pay. Don’t buy online u will be cheated for sure.

What a waste of money. I ordered an emerald ring and spoke to one of their specialists. They were very polite and took the order, ring size, and everything. But when I received the ring, it was very loose. When I contacted them, they said it was according to the size I gave them. Then I went to a retail jewelry shop near me and checked the ring size with their tool, and it was completely wrong. They didn’t complete my order properly. They lied, and they will charge you extra for resizing.

Got consulted with Miss Sheetal, very good experience all through out the process, would be surely a future potential customer always.
