I ordered a Hyundai S2250e Electric start on Sunday it was shipped on the Monday and i received it on the Tuesday , you cannot wish for any better than that.
Just tested it as its a standby for my Dutch Barge if my 10kva main generator goes down and it will charge my batteries perfectly fine to allow my inverter to power eveything i need albeit not the high users like the oven. the added benefit being I work away and my wife can start it without struggling with a pull cord.

This small company is excellent!
They could teach many bigger companies many things about customer service.
Their products are big brand, I bought an Hyundai petrol lawnmower, great price , quick delivery. I ordered the wrong item for me at first, so I phoned the office, they were so helpful, the return and re order was easy and straightforward. I did not have to wait for my refund and best of all it was all conducted by a knowledgeable and helpful human! No lengthy robotic phone calls, No lengthy emails and no being sent from one department to another.

I bought a Senci SC4000-II Petrol Generator from Generators Direct via Abby Access. Generators are sold serviced and repaired in the UK. Staff selling the generators know what they are talking about and advice and service is second to none. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I can't recommend this generator company highly enough! My old generator finally gave up on me, and as someone living off-grid, I rely on a generator for my daily needs. I was in a bit of a panic and needed a replacement urgently.

The after sales service provided by James and Samantha in respect to returning a unit back to Bimpson power uk for repair under warranty was very involved to comply with Champion uks requirements ,

The customer service was friendly and very helpful. The delivery was superb. Arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. The delivery driver was mega helpful. Excellent service all around.

Generator delivered to wrong address.

I wanted to return Generator and I was informed that it costs £60 to do.

Company offered exchange, but I wanted a refund, which they are legally bound to do so, minus £60.

I thought about raising a complaint with PayPal and the company sent me their terms and conditions.

The most helpful way of dealing my issue is to highlight via social media.

Purchased a Hyundai pressure washer a couple of years ago from Generators direct which arrived promptly in perfect working order. Unfortunately it’s developed a fault since and I contacted the company for some assistance. Abbey Access (I guess a part of generators direct) then took on my case and have been fantastic in helping me get back up and running. Special shout out to James, Sam and Rhiannon who have worked together to communicate with Hyundai and offered me several options. Great companies who obviously care about their customers and offer an exceptional after service. Thank you to all of you.

Generators Direct are a great company to deal with. They are friendly, professional, trustworthy, and couldn't do enough for me. They are above and beyond any other generator supplier on the market. They gave me 1000% service. If you are looking for a generator look no further, you won't be disappointed.

Mail order company trading off backorders so be very wary of stock information on the site. Generally evasive and very unhelpful, but seem to be taking full advantage of the demand and shortage of generators in the UK. Seen a lot of these types of businesses pop up to and take orders for stuff they dont have!

Called about a price match for an identical product, had to call 3 times to finally get an answer that they refused to match it because they wouldn't make enough profit on the item. So their "Price Promise - If you discover a product that includes, as standard, features and benefits comparable to those of any Generators-Direct.co.uk products, we promise to match their price." is a complete lie. Don't advertise for a service you're not willing to provide.
