The thirty five years master electrician guided me through what he knew by experience would work on my electrical panel. I thought I knew much about electrical work but I’m woefully ignorant. I don’t know his name. I tell you this. He knows interlocking generator devices.

I placed an order but wanted to change the power outlet on the order. I called a couple hours later and the order had already been processed and was ready for pickup by the carrier. The woman I spoke with put me on a short hold, then came back and said she found the box and made the change I requested - and it still went out the same day! Two days later, I had the order in my hands. Quality products and EXCELLENT customer service!

This review is for customer service, not products. BEWARE! My electrician wrote down what to order, but the lock-out was for a slightly older box and wouldn't work. I sent an email asking for a RMA. Here it is with their response:Hi!
I'm very pleased with my stuff, but I have a much older breaker box than the ones this interlock kit fits. My electrician did open the package but only to examine the contents. I would like to return this FAC-BR200CUL.
Email is best.

I will state the following. The kit MUST be brand new in the exact same condition it was shipped to you. If we inspect and find it was attempted to be installed, missing parts or damaged

no refund is given and no notification will be given either

I took the time & spent the money to pack & ship it back. The plastic container was not the type you had to cut open, it opened & snapped shut. Everything was new & undisturbed.
It was sent January-never heard back. Thanks a lot!

So, if you don't make a mistake...go ahead and roll the dice. If you need customer service after the sale, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Placed an order late on a Friday, delivered to my door on Saturday. UPS Ground shipping. Called Gen Interlock before ordering and they helped get it out the door ASAP. Also, they took $5 off for using UPS. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
