We would 100% recommend this garage to anyone looking at buying a car. From the very first enquiry right through to driving away in our white A-Class Mercedes, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We live 3hrs away and the garage made sure everything ran smoothly.

What really stood out was the level of communication from Frank and Patrick — we received multiple walk-around videos and extra photos whenever we asked for specifics, which made the whole process feel transparent and reassuring. It genuinely felt like they wanted us to be confident and happy every step of the way.

I’ve purchased a car from here in the past and couldn’t fault the service. So naturally I went back when looking for my next vehicle. Kyle listened to what I needed from a car in regards to size, budget and usage and helped me find a suitable car. No pressure sales techniques or spiel, which I’ve encountered at other places. Process was made straightforward and Kyle kept in touch afterwards to check I was happy with the car (I am!)
Aftercare team were in touch within a few days to let me know that I could contact them with any questions or issues going forward.

From the first contact with James at Georgesons Cars there was a warm professional approach to doing business. Buying at a distance (an hours drive from Anfield) was very straightforward as WhatsApp allowed everything to be handled in confidence and total security. The terms of the part exchange were very fair and allowed me to proceed with my purchase.
On the day of the pickup I was able to do a test drive and the company evaluated my part exchange.
Everything progressed smoothly: part exchange, final settlement of invoice, taxing the new vehicle, arranging refund of car tax on my old vehicle, arranging insurance and transferring ownership etc. The whole process was completed within two hours.
All in all, I could not have been happier with the whole experience. Thank you, James and Georgesons Cars for your fair-minded and honest support throughout the complete selling and buying process. I can’t recommend you highly enough. Needless to say I am very pleased with the car I drive now! Thanks again.
