But quite a few products from this company keep going back for all my safety products recommend to all my friends and family even helped the animals

I watched this girl live lots of times and ordered a power bank.
This girl is very attentive to all the people in her lives and always very bubbly and happy.
I commented on her live asking what she had to keep my disabled sister feel safe when she's out on her own. She answered me, suggested a safety keychain set which I ordered, recieved and my sister uses this along with a safety lanyard I got aswell and she loves it. Thank you Shan. X

Order #18017 3 x Criminal Identification Spray

I contacted Get Personal Ltd’s on their listed contact email ‘gpenquiries outlook.com’ but this is a fake email address. I had to contact Company House to find the correct details.

This company claims to be to protect woman & empower them but I bought 3 items for my wife & daughters. All I I received was a box with shredded paper *see video link. The company Director seems to be just about making profits & shows zero sympathy when orders go wrong. I’ve had to go through CAB Consumer Support to seek compensation. I have requested order to be reshipped but Get Personal Ltd refuse to comply.

I videoed opening & unpacking this small box parcel which contained shredded card, no order was found inside the box. No paperwork or invoice.

I bought a power bank from this company, wanting to support a small business. I can't get it to charge my phone and I don't have an iWatch so it's a one-in-one, really.
I spoke to the business owner and was asked to film the problem. I was eventually able to do this by using another phone but I still don't know how to get it to charge my phone.
I have, however, now received a full refund so I'm happy. Many thanks.

My items that arrived were all amazing, prior to ordering i was on tik tok live & all of the team on live responded to ensure I could place the order on their website, they was kind and showed great service, I will defo purchase again & highly recommended 👍

Wonderful products I had to go out tonight was made to feel unsafe and so was glad I had on me what I did as held it and felt 100% more safe a security staff member whom is male even said its not safe out any more

I ve had alot of dealings with get personal. My orders arrive on time with no problems. When one of my items had a problem i got a replacement without any problems.

Ive never felt more at ease going out when i found this amazing woman selling Saftey items i bought one i fell so much better going out knowing in protecting myself, also bought an anti theft lanyard for my phone so strong . Bought a card blocker for my bank card to protect from cloning

I have never felt so safe since having my safety set.
I have one for me and a dog walking one.
So glad I found this group not only for safety reasons but also the community that you can talk to about anything.

This is a wonderful business. They are a great company and they get the message of keeping safe and they tell the message to everyone. They are a great team and they support one another. I feel if I’m in need of any safety products this is the company where I will go to!

Empowerment Through Intimidation? No Thanks.

I initially supported this company because I believed in its mission: providing defensive tools to empower women and enhance personal safety. But sadly, that message rings hollow when the company actively and publicly bullies and belittles anyone who dares to offer feedback or suggest improvements.

Ironically, a business that claims to protect women from aggression appears to have no problem weaponizing its social media platform to shame and silence its own community. Imagine selling safety products while exhibiting the exact behavior your customers are trying to protect themselves from. The hypocrisy is staggering.

Constructive feedback is met with snide remarks, public call-outs, and sarcastic responses. It's not just unprofessional—it's deeply toxic.
A brand that preaches empowerment should listen, not lash out. But constructive criticism is treated as a threat, not a tool for growth.
Their defensive tools may work—but the company's hormonally defensiveness is damaging. Sharing people on a platform that prefer to remain private is an act of harassment.

If you value respect, integrity, and accountability, I suggest looking elsewhere. Empowerment should never come with a side of bullying.

Real women support women, not benefit from others’ feelings of vulnerability WHILST actively attacking them from behind a keyboard.

Disgraceful!
