Airmoto レビュー

An immediate response to two emails to customer service. Replacement ordered quickly when suggestions did not work.

My experience with utilizing Airmoto customer service was the best online experience that I have ever had. True professionals

Issue resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

Very receptive to customer and polite.

Elegant, high quality tire compressor that is simple to operate, stores in glove compartment, works like a charm, has all accessories one may need. Fast delivery. Not the cheapest among all car-related gadgets but utterly useful. Am VERY happy with it!

They answered me quickly and are sending out another package

I reached out to customer service via their support and got a quick response. We have one Airmoto, and wanted to give one to my niece; so she won’t be stranded anywhere.

The product arrived very fast,an it appears to be of high quality. I'd like to leave more, but i bought as a gift.

Professional, prompt, and personable

The help desk was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I was sending a message on Sunday evening expecting a reply in a day or so when Ms. Lara came online. She quickly understood the problem and offered a solution which worked nicely. Well done, Ms. Lara

Angie assisted me in getting an additional 20% discount applied to an order I had already submitted. It was handled with a 24 hour period. Very happy with the customer service.

Stated on initial...Arianne was prompt and professional. Helped diagnosing the problem. While reset didn't work, offer to replace despite technically being past 1 year warranty was greatly appreciated. You folks certainly stand behind your product...and it's a very good one. I will continue to endorse it.

Quick response and my concerns were taken care of efficiently!

The product didn't work for me but they were helpful with the return.

Customer service was extremely responsive and professional. Corrected the mistake immediately.

Great customer service. I sent an email and not only was it answered immediately same day but issue was resolved without one of those "we recieved your email and we will get back to you shortly" type of auto response. I am so impressed with the company and it's product

The “plain” unit comes with a sub charging cable so you’re paying an extra $20 here for a plug adapter, which is unnecessary for most people. The unit works well but is much slower than an air pump at a gas station. It’s also very noisy

The quick response and notice to detail. I had ordered two air motos but forgot the cases for them. They reached out instantly to not only let me know but also gave me them with free shipping and a discounted price.
