If I could give negative stars I would. They told me less than an hour before they came that the movers they were sending couldn't do what I ordered. When I said I have PODS sitting at my house that are leaving and painters coming tomorrow they called back and suddenly the same moving team "could" do what I was asking. When I asked how she said well htey don't have that skill and aren't the best for the job but they can probably do it. Since I was stuck I said so then since I didn't get what I paid for I get a discount or something right? They said they would note it and see if a supervisor would call me back in a few days. Horrible experience. I am extremely stressed out because now I don't trust the movers to do what I paid for and feel like I have to watch them constantly.

UPDATE: After finally getting a supervisor ERICA blamed me for how I booked they offered no recourse or how to make it right and then I sent her a video of why exactly I booked how I did. She was very indignant and offered to send another guy at full price. UNBELIVABLE.

SIDE NOTE: Dante and Dom were awesome guys as movers and did good work. Everything else was a disaster.

This is a joke. I have paid for uhaul movers and thought I would give someone else a shot. At least U-haul is honest, communicates effectively and is cheaper

The guys showed up right on time and got the entire job done in 2 hours. Friendly, experienced and efficient. I can see why you came so highly recommended. Thank you.

Awesome experience and great customer service. My appointment was at 2:00 and the guys pulled up in the truck at 1:59. They made quick work off my cross town move. Would definitely use Bellhop again.

The team I had was great! They were fast, courteous and efficient.

These guys did a great job. They loaded our 2 bedroom apartment in under an hour. They were friendly, professional, and didn't break anything.

This was our 2nd time using Bellhop Moving. Both times were outstanding service. The crews are friendly and reassuring, making you feel confident that all will go smoothly. They are on time, fast, efficient and very professional. We were moving out-of-state, and the cost was very reasonable, in our opinion. The Bellhop Moving system can’t be beat! We will certainly call them the next time we need to move.

Very professional. Stayed in touch via text throughout the whole process! The movers were unbelievable, so courteous and we had no issues at all with any breakage or wall damage. Will definitely us again if we ever do another move!!!

What should have taken 3 hours, took 6 which is unacceptable.
Also so much damage to my walls during the move.

Charged me $30 extra after the move was finished for no reason and became impossible to get a hold of. The nice was overpriced and the company preauthorizes the complete amount of the move before the service is even finished. Then they are supposed to “release” your money back to you, so how then, could I owe money? Would not use again

Nobody response back to me about the final bill which i asked why to charge me much more than original quote and charged me twice without inform me after I paid full for the moving. I need the bill in detail and but no response back to me. I am very disappointed for the communication after the moving done.

The movers are not experts, but the work attitude is good. So, moving was taking too slow and longer than normal expectation.
