AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Bellhop loading crew showed up exactly on time on moving day but could not locate box truck driver, waited an hour for status, called Bellhop several times but no truck to be found. No ETA for truck available, subsequently AN HOUR LATER Bellhop cancelled leaving us to make other arrangements ON MOVING DAY. Bellhop managed to make a stressful day immeasurably MORE STRESSFUL. I would not recommend Bellhop as it appears Bellhop has no contingency plan in the event that a truck driver fails to report. Their MOVE DAY CANCELLATION caused us enormous stress and additional expense. AVOID THEM.

Third time using Bellhop. Efficient friendly service. Will continue to use.

Disclaimer: This is probably on me for not researching and completely understanding what Bellhop is/does: I requested three movers to help load my Uhaul for a one-way move out of state. The morning of my move, five movers turned up. Apparently, Bellhop assigned two brand-new movers to my load-up (it was both of their first moves ever). This is all fine and good, but the three experienced movers let the new movers do the truck organization, leading to a not-very well-packed truck (when we arrived at our new home 6 hours later, the unloaders said, "oh wow...did you do this yourself?"). I'm not sure if Bellhop assigns new movers to jobs expecting the more experienced hires to train them, but if so, I don't think that plan is working very well. Additionally, having five movers for a one-bedroom apartment was inefficient because they were in each other's way - I would have really preferred two experienced movers and one new mover or something. And just a note that they also don't arrive with any tools or supplies at all, so keep that in mind when you're packing (we ran out of tape, which again is on me). At the end of the day, it was easy to set up and the move got done with 30 minutes over the estimated 2-hour timeline (again, for a one-bedroom that was fully packed, just needed to wrap the furniture items in blankets), but it all worked out.

We hired Bellhop a 2nd time due to the great experience we had 5 years ago. They performed again as expected. They were on time, efficient, courteous, and respectful. They treated our possessions as their own and completed the job quickly. Thanks Bellhop! We have and will continue to recommend you to our friends and family.

Convenient service and great helpers/movers.

The movers worked hard and are willing to help, but they are not very professional. For a full service move, they didn’t bring any tools with them and took a few hours longer to finish the move.

I have NEVER witnessed movers like these gentleman. They were AMAZING!

The movers were friendly, and worked well together. Communication was excellent which we appreciated.

Team did a great job getting things in and out, only one bit of damage. Some better planning in loading the truck would have helped as some space was wasted but should have staged to have lighter stuff to throw on top more readily available during the loading process

Communication before and during the move was awesome! They showed up actually early and the crew was professional, friendly,efficient and hard working. They had a good repore with each other too.

We needed help with in-house furniture moving and Bellhop did a great job. The team was friendly and efficient. I really appreciated that the team lead asked questions to be sure they were doing exactly what we needed and further checked we were satisfied before moving to the next job. It’s all exactly as we asked and done with energy and a cheerful attitude. Very pleased and will use Bellhop again.

They were on time. Communicated very well as they packed up all my belongings on the truck. Took very good care of my belongings. Most of my things were going up to the 2nd story of a 2 story home. They were extremely professional. Made sure if where we wanted everything put and placed it just perfectly.

Arrived 5 minutes early, love it. Overall move took just under 3 hours and everything went smoothly. $150 less than quoted, which was already an awesome price to begin with. Wrapped all my furniture and everything arrived in pristine condition.

I had a bag left on one of the trucks and didn’t realize until the next day. The movers were able to get back to me quickly. I was so grateful for them making my move experience less stressful and easy.

Reid and ulyssess showed up promptly and ready to work. They we very gently with my furniture. No issues. I would definitely use them again when my next move calls for it. Fabulous!!
