My experience with Bellhop Moving was fast and stress free. The movers were friendly, handled my items with care, and finished quicker than I expected. It made moving day so much easier.

Noah, the team lead was great and professional. The other young man showed up late, high, broke my dresser, and then proceeded to try to flirt with me. It was very clear the team lead was frustrated with his (the other young man) lack of knowledge about moving and his unprofessionalism.

Your damage protection policy “by the pound” is an absolute farce. Truly, it’s insulting. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never use Bellhop again, nor will I recommend your service to anyone. In fact, I’ll actively discourage others from putting their trust in a company that handles situations this poorly.

The movers were late. My belongings were damaged. And your resolution? A measly $12 because you hide behind a laughable, arbitrary policy that calculates value by weight instead of actual worth or impact. What a disgrace.

To add insult to injury, two of the movers didn’t even bother to show up until almost 30 minutes into the move, yet I was charged the full amount. How on earth is that acceptable? Are you even aware of how this looks to your customers, or is this standard practice for you now?

Bellhop used to be a service I respected, but it’s clear those days are long gone. This entire experience was a complete joke, and not a funny one.

While Bellhop advertises itself as a modern and efficient moving service, the frequency and nature of these complaints suggest systemic issues that the company needs to address to meet customer expectations effectively.

The boys were on time and worked quickly and finished on schedule

Bellhop was super easy to work with for my cross country move. They were communicativ, efficient and organized. It was by far the best price of any other company I talked to and I appreciate that they Work with local businesses. I would definitely use again!

The movers unfortunately did not show up on time, but the company helped get the move done that day by subbing out the job to another capable moving vendor.

Majid and Ricky were exceptional today. They managed two refrigerator moves in a tight space and no damage to anything. They wrapped our items carefully and packed them with care. They got a ton done in just two hours! I would definitely use Bellhop again.

This crew was awesome. Very efficient and professional. Well organized. Would recommend to anyone.

The move went great. The guys were great. Honestly, I'd have those guys move me any day. The billing was awful. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't get an itemized bill. The total says I'm due a $1600 refund, but they won't refund me any money or even show how many hours I was charged for. I'm hoping that a few bad reviews will get them to send me an itemized bill. But don't let my experience stop you from hiring them. The moving pros were awesome. Edit to add: 2 hours after a 1 star review I got a phone call from a supervisor and an itemized bill. It said I owed $600, which is fine because the bill explained the charges, and that's about what I expected. She even waited while I checked the time stamps on chats with my husband so I could remember what happened when on the day of the move. Glad to be done with this move, but I'd hire the company again.

Movers in DC were extremely helpful, thoughtful, quick and efficient. Would absolutely hire them again.

Majid and Cimeon did an AMAZING job moving me. Majid was able to configure all of my things into a U-Haul like a perfect game of Tetris. They finished everything so quickly and it was perfectly organized when I unloaded it. I would recommend them to everyone who needs movers.

The team that moved us was very friendly. I could not have asked for a better group of people to come. Douglas, the team lead kept me informed and asked important questions. Everyone was very professional and even made my move in special.
