I am pleased to hear that you have found our service quick and seamless, however, I am very sorry to learn about your previous delivery experience. I have looked into your account and can see that for your order from the 14th March 2025, we were using Evri as our courier partner at that time. I can also see that your practitioner had raised your concerns with us following the delivery.

I completely understand how concerning this would have been, particularly given the value of the products inside. This is not the standard of experience we want any patient to have. Please be assured that we listened carefully to feedback such as yours, and we have since moved back to using Royal Mail for all UK non-prescription GetHarley orders.

I can also see that you recently placed a new order through your Personalised Skincare Plan, and I am pleased to confirm this was delivered on the 15th April 2026 via Royal Mail.

Thank you for your feedback. We take patient concerns very seriously and would like to clarify a few important points.

On the occasions you contacted us regarding your products, the items returned to us were carefully inspected by our team and found to be empty and functioning correctly, with no indication of a manufacturing fault. Following your earlier reports, two replacement products were issued as gestures of goodwill. After the returned items were assessed and no fault was identified, we explained that we were unable to provide a third replacement.

We would also like to clarify that during your previous correspondence with our team, no concerns were raised regarding the product negatively affecting your skin. All GetHarley patients are supported by a dedicated Skincare Concierge, and we are always happy to liaise directly with your practitioner should any adjustments to a routine be required. Our team also sends regular skin check in messages to ensure patients have the opportunity to raise any concerns or changes in their skin.

Lastly, we would like to note that your account had previously been closed at your request last year, which was actioned at the time. We were subsequently contacted by you again in March 2026 regarding this product, at which point the matter was reviewed again by our team.

If you would like us to look into this further, please contact your practitioner directly, as recommended in recent communications, so we can review any further concerns in-depth.

I have personally reviewed your case, and I can see that when you reached out last year to ask whether your routine was still suitable and if your retinol use could be increased, your practitioner responded with guidance and also recommended a review appointment. This suggestion was made because it had been over a year since your initial consultation, and any meaningful changes to active treatments need to be assessed safely and properly by your practitioner. That said, I completely appreciate how this may have felt frustrating, especially when you were already invested in your routine and looking for reassurance rather than an additional step.

Your skincare journey is important, and our priority is always to ensure advice is safe and genuinely tailored to where your current skin is now.
