I have had my system for less than a…
I have had my system for less than a year. Today my panel went on battery power after a brief power outage (less than 5 minutes). When I call support I was told it would take 24 hours to recharge. When I asked why it didnt go back on AC right away I got a comforting "I dont know. An hour later the system was dead. Calling again and after 47 minutes I was told a tech had to come out in two days! A down system 2 days? Keep this in mind when considering GHS.

I had an issue about a buy out
I had an issue about a buy out. It took from September to February to resolve but it was resolved to my satisfaction. My contract with the other company was paid in full. GHS Security service is great and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to secure their home.

The deserve less than a star
The deserve less than a star. When they went into our home, the made us a good offer, we liked it and accept it. When the tech went to install the esquipment, was a whole different story. He said he wouldn’t be able to connect the sky door bell with the panel, that we needed another panel, blah blah blah. Couple of months later, the door bell stoped working, the tech went and install another door bell. I asked if we could ge that connected to the panel. He said I needed another panel and that it would be an extra charge. I understood and called to see what would be the extra cost. Well, they said no, the new door bell was not compatlabe with their equipment and that I nenes to go back to the previous door bell; and that if I wanted the door bell the be able see they the panel it was 300 dlls more. So the tech said one thing and the call center said another. They just don’t help you. I just want to save enough linty to cancel the contract. Oh, and I just found out their mobile app is not longer in the App Store.

GHS Interactive Security reinstalled their system in my home today. For the equipment that was installed the tech was knowledgeable, very professional, kind and courteous. Having had the service 2 years ago I had some previous experience and knowledge of how the system worked. It was the equipment, the control panel that I need additional instruction on using. It is my hope that I am able to earn enough credit going forward to replace pieces of equipment that I can no longer use due to the fact that they are no longer compatible with the control panel.

My motions detection that I was told would work so great is not working properly for me. I was sold on this camera that has been replaced and still doing the same thing.
Customer service is another issue for me and that really sucks. I am getting an attorney because no one will call me everyday I have had the system it has not worked properly and no one has call after several attempts to talkn to someone. 9016035704 Dorothy Clark-Ellison

The salesmen told me it would cost nothing because he was just switching out equipment because they bought out ADT. Which I do not believe is true. Then when installation is completed the phone verification lady explains its a 60 month agreement. I told the salesman I wanted to cancel and to remove the equipment and he tried to charge me $200.00, which made me laugh. I believe he was a sub contractor. I do not like people who say one thing and then try to change the terms after the fact. I Would never recommend this company.
