I broke the ebike lock on my Giant Fastroad e2+ and was able to source on from Giant spares. It was a special order, but it was shipped in record time. Unfortunately the Australia Post truck caught fire, after a emailing the Giant support number, they sprung into action, posted another lock and claimed it through Royal Mail. Thank you kindly for all your help!

What a great site and very fast delivery

So hard to get parts nowadays but this company is excellent. I only took a star off as the part i got did not have the measurement reading on the seat post like my original seat post
