I had a great experience working with Mariya Filipova. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process, especially when arranging and conducting viewings. Try to avoid this agent they has caused me so much trouble by switching my supplier when my contract as landlord was expired June 2025 and they have switched my energy supplier after 7 months when my contract based on rent collection not to mention charging me over £4,400pm pa for 2 years fees taken without any explanation with their confused statements made in purposes so to confuse the landlord with invoices for example I was charged for pay guarantee each month for 2 years when tenants used to pay 6 months in advance only found when done my taxes and I was charged 4,400pm just for rent collection.
Not to mention the trouble they caused my tenants for demanding more fees for any documents even if name or small amendment in contract .
Ealing branch acted on my sale and they are the worse apart from the girls they’re hard working and polite! but the manger he just give a big talk just to make you sign the contract then you would never be able to speak to him or even reply to your emails , they also charged me over £90 for id checks this is the only agent I ever dealt with Ealing charging for ID checks not to mention failed to sale my flat for lack of experience of how to speak to the buyers !

My main concern is this they have yon can switched my energy supplier without my permission ?! when my contract was months expired and they were never managing my property!!! This is illegal and I will take legal action against it .

Please be aware of this agent specially Ealing Broadway branch I don’t think they’re professional enough also not to forget been disrespectful, you would visit their office and you would see the people whom you dealt with pretending to be polite and friendly when they do business with you when they visit your property once out they’re completely strangers that’s ok I don’t care less but not when you visit their office, this is complete rudeness! Not surprised that’s just show how they’re not professional enough !

I sold my flat in W5 through Gibbs Gillespie, and the whole process ended up being far more complicated and lengthy than I expected. The market climate was tough, and I lost buyers along the way, which added a lot of pressure and uncertainty to the sale.

Throughout the sale, Leah was the person who kept everything steady. I’ll be honest — I was probably a bit much at times, constantly calling, asking for updates, and even popping into the office when things felt like they were stalling. But she never made me feel like a nuisance. She always took the time to explain what was happening, kept me informed without me having to chase, and genuinely supported me through the ups and downs. Her patience and consistency made a huge difference.

I also dealt with Luke, Rohan and Irene at different points, and I appreciated their involvement too, but Leah was the one who really carried this sale over the line.

In the end the sale completed, and I’m genuinely grateful for her persistence, communication and calm approach during a challenging market. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with her.

Had an amazing viewing experience with Harry, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. We viewed 4 different properties with him, he was organised and had brochures which he distributed to us, helped us understand the local area more and also introduced us to one of the developer, all in all a great experience.

She contacted the person selling the property which, I desperately want purchase and set up a meeting between us. Gibbs Gillespie were outstanding at marketing and completing the sale of my late Mum’s house. Leah, at the Ealing Broadway office, is clearly a very skilled and experienced manager and has a reassuringly detailed and extensive knowledge of the local housing market. A buyer for the house was found very quickly, and when, a few weeks later, the process started moving a little too slowly, we were very impressed by Leah’s responsiveness to our concerns. Her swift and decisive action meant, within hours, she was able to get the process moving again.
